From August 5th to 7th, 2022, the 5th China International Industrial Design Expo opened at the Wuhan International Expo Center. Jingmen Hongtu Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd., as an selected Hubei Provincial Industrial Design Center, was invited to participate in this expo and showcased the charm of several best-selling main products, including Hongtu brand LPG tank trucks, spherical tanks, and LNG marine fuel tanks, to the guests present.
This expo was co-hosted by the International Economic and Technical Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Electronics and Information Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and undertaken by the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology. At the expo, Xu Xiaolan, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, delivered a video speech for the opening ceremony, pointing out that industrial design runs through the entire cycle of brand planning, product research and development, manufacturing, and commercial operations, playing an important role in promoting the innovative development of industrial design, optimizing manufacturing growth methods, and assisting the green development of manufacturing. It is necessary to deeply empower the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry and accelerate the digitalization and greening process of industrial design; continuously improve the working system to make industrial design further focus on key areas of manufacturing power; and further deepen international cooperation, actively build an international exchange and cooperation platform for industrial design, and efficiently transform cooperation results.
During the expo, an awarding ceremony was held, and Jingmen Hongtu Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "Hubei Provincial Industrial Design Center."
The Hubei Provincial Industrial Design Center is an enterprise industrial design center or industrial design enterprise selected and recognized by the Hubei Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, characterized by strong industrial innovation capabilities, distinct features, standardized management, outstanding performance, and an advanced development level across the province. The selected enterprises represent the highest level of industrial design innovation and technological innovation in their respective fields. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing.
