Recently, Jingmen Hongtu Company, a brand under CIMC Enric, successfully delivered China's first liquefied petroleum gas (commercial propane) tank truck with pump (hereinafter referred to as "LPG tank truck with pump") to China Gas Group Qinghai Company. After receiving the LPG tank truck with pump, Qinghai Zhongran actively coordinated internally and externally, promptly handled vehicle insurance and purchase tax, and simultaneously installed GPS and monitoring devices. After three online inspections, it officially obtained the "Qing A・49570" license plate. This move marks a milestone step in the on-road operation of China's first LPG tank truck with pump.

From August 10th to 13th, the Jingmen Hongtu Propane Distributed Energy Work Project Team conducted a three-day specialized training and examination for the "Propane Distributed Clean Energy Gas Supply System." This training was the first customer-specific training conducted by Jingmen Hongtu at its "Propane Distributed Clean Energy Gas Supply System Equipment Application Training Base" after the successful delivery of China's first LPG tank truck with pump. The training combined theoretical knowledge with practical operations, aiming to provide customers with comprehensive training services on the propane distributed clean energy gas supply system. A delegation of 5 people from China Gas Group Qinghai Zhongran Company participated in the training, including 3 operators. It is hoped that by building a strategic cooperation platform encompassing "production, sales, use, and training," a new model for cultivating skilled talents will be initiated through customized training and a combination of online and offline theoretical and practical sessions, ensuring the safe operation of gas supply equipment and promoting the in-depth application of the "Propane Distributed Clean Energy Gas Supply System."

Adhering to the principles of "practicality, utility, and effectiveness," the training was comprehensive, rich in content, and highly guiding. Senior technical personnel from the Hongtu Propane Distributed Energy Work Project Team, with profound theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience, participated as instructors. The content included "Business Application Promotion of Propane Distributed Clean Energy Gas Supply System," "Manufacturing Capability Training for Propane Distributed Clean Energy Gas Supply System," "Introduction to Laws and Regulations for Small Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Commercial Propane) Tank Trucks," "Training on the Main Body Structure of LPG Tank Trucks with Pump," "Central Control System of LPG Tank Trucks with Pump," and "Usage, Maintenance, and Emergency Handling of LPG Tank Trucks with Pump," among others.

For several consecutive days, Hubei experienced continuous high temperatures, but even under the scorching sun, it did not deter the students' diligent learning. They studied theoretical knowledge in class, conducted practical drills outside of class, and communicated, discussed, and summarized after class. The instructors imparted all their knowledge, and the students were highly enthusiastic. During the practical sessions, the instructors repeatedly demonstrated the operation process of unloading liquid from the tank truck with pump to a small storage tank, explaining in detail the principles, methods, and precautions for each step during the demonstration. For any aspect where students had questions, the instructors patiently explained, ensuring that through theoretical explanations and simulated demonstrations, and under the guidance of professional teachers, all students successfully completed the practical drills.

Through 3 days of intensive study, the trainees not only deepened their understanding of the theoretical knowledge of the propane distributed clean energy gas supply system but also gained insights and learned valuable skills. The trainees also expressed that the learning and exchange during this training provided them with new ideas and pointed out new directions for their future work, while also offering strong technical support and safety assurance for the application of the "Propane Distributed Clean Energy Gas Supply System."

After the training, the project team also organized a graduation examination for the trainees and issued graduation certificates to those who passed. These are the practical operators of China's first LPG tank truck with pump, who successfully obtained their graduation certificates, becoming the first batch of qualified and certified LPG tank truck with pump operators nationwide.

As a 'Three New' product (new materials, new technologies, new processes) of the nation, the LPG tank truck with pump had no domestic precedents for reference, from technical equipment R&D to on-road operation. Relying on its strong technical R&D capabilities, Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of Hongtu Company, led the project team members to explore step by step, diligently research, and overcome difficulties. By the end of April 2022, it successfully passed the national 'Three New' technology evaluation. It now possesses full industry chain solution capabilities for LPG's upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. This not only fills a gap in the national clean energy application field but also marks an important milestone in our company's transformation from a one-stop solution provider to a promoter of clean energy applications.

The successful registration of China's first LPG tank truck with pump, delivered to China Gas Group, has laid a solid market foundation for the application and promotion of Jingmen Hongtu's Propane Distributed Clean Energy Gas Supply System.
