General's spirit shines on the original aspiration, youth chasing dreams at the right time - Jingmen Hongtu Youth League under CIMC Enric conducts "May 4th" youth exchange activities

To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Initial Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams at the Right Time." Through the forms of red education and team-building interaction, it guided young employees to commemorate martyrs, build consensus, and stimulate the youthful energy that resonates with the company's development and innovation. 
Red Genes Imbue the Initial Aspiration, General's Homeland Inherits the Spirit
At 9 am, the young employees arrived at the hometown of General Chen Shiju. They lined up in an orderly manner in front of the solemn statue of the general to pay tribute to the revolutionary martyrs. Afterwards, everyone visited the General's Life Exhibition Hall, experiencing the general's glorious journey of devoting himself to the revolution and national construction, viewing precious cultural relics and historical images, and deeply feeling the connotation of the general's spirit of "loyalty to the party, bravery in battle, and integrity." After the visit, the young employees spontaneously carried out volunteer service activities. They carefully wiped tables and chairs, windows, and swept the dust on the floor with brooms and cleaning cloths. During the cleaning process, they exchanged their feelings about the general's life story, gaining a deeper understanding of the simplicity of the general's life and the hardships of the revolution. The young people expressed their respect for the revolutionary martyrs through practical actions, and also allowed the general's spirit to be inherited and carried forward through labor. 
At the scene of the activity to visit veteran soldiers, the young employees, with respect in their hearts, sat closely around 75-year-old Yang, a veteran paratrooper from the Anti-Japanese War. Yang recounted the war-torn years on the battlefield, as if transporting everyone through time and space to the smoke-filled battlefield. The young employees listened attentively, deeply touched and encouraged, expressing that they would remember history, cherish the hard-won peace, and transform the spirit of revolutionary predecessors into a powerful driving force in their work, shining brightly in their respective positions. During the activity, the company also presented carefully prepared gifts to the veterans, expressing respect and care for them.
Team Building Interaction Stimulates Vitality, Youth Unite to Build Glory 
In the afternoon, the young employees arrived at Aifeike to carry out a team-building activity themed "Innovation Drives Youth, Jointly Forging the Company's Glory." The young people were divided into four teams: "Hongtu Team," "Special Forces Team," "Red Flag Team," and "Unity Team." Each team quickly elected a captain and shouted a resounding slogan, instantly igniting the atmosphere. Games such as "Building a Bridge to Cross the River," "Coach Says," and "Grand Assembly" were set up on site, fully testing the teamwork and tacit understanding between teams. 
In the midst of sweat and laughter, everyone deeply understood the importance of team spirit. Whether it was brainstorming during strategy formulation or mutual support and encouragement during task execution, every moment was filled with the power of cooperation. Not only did it relax their minds and bodies, but through immersive team challenges, it also tempered their cohesion, execution, and tacit understanding, laying a solid foundation for them to devote themselves to work with greater enthusiasm and jointly forge the company's development in the future. 
This activity not only gave young employees a profound patriotic education but also built a platform for cross-departmental communication and cooperation. Young people are the vital force in the company's development. On April 30, Li Zhongjiang, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Anrui, who was awarded the title of "National Labor Model", returned home in glory. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
