On the afternoon of April 28, CIMC Group and Jingmen Vocational College successfully held the opening ceremony for the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-Collar" customized training program. The ceremony was presided over by Li Li, Senior Human Resources Manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company. 

At the opening ceremony, Zou Hao, Party Secretary of Jingmen Vocational College, delivered the first address, extending sincere congratulations on the in-depth strategic cooperation between the school and the enterprise. He pointed out that the establishment of this customized program is a vivid practice of the development concept of "integration of production and education, collaborative innovation." It will fully leverage the school's advantages in educational resources and talent cultivation, providing students with more targeted vocational education to help them become high-quality technical and skilled personnel who meet the needs of the industry, and inject new impetus into regional economic development. 
He Jin, General Manager of Human Resources at CIMC Group, gave a speech briefly introducing the group's development scale and the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-Collar" customized training program. After the unveiling ceremony, CIMC Group donated 200,000 yuan to the school to support the school's talent cultivation and development.
