Li Zhongjiang has been rooted in the Jingmen Hongtu production line for more than 30 years, growing from a novice apprentice to a leading figure in industry skills. He has always maintained an infinite enthusiasm for his work, upholding a meticulous attitude. Through his persistent pursuit of technology and strict control of quality, he has written an extraordinary legend in an ordinary position with sweat and wisdom. Before receiving the "National Model Worker" honorary title, Li Zhongjiang had already received many national and provincial honors, such as "11th National Technical Expert", "Hubei Provincial Model Worker", "Hubei Provincial Chief Technician", "Hubei Provincial Skills Master", "Chu Tian Master Craftsman", etc., and enjoys special government allowances. In 2019, he obtained two patents: a precision positioning drilling device and an automatic submerged arc welding device for round pipes. In 2023, he obtained an invention patent: a device and method for detecting the curvature deviation of spherical shell plates. He has always remained humble, regarding each honor as motivation to continue his determined journey in technological innovation and talent cultivation.

Li Zhongjiang is not only a steadfast worker but also a pioneer in technological innovation. He deeply understands that innovation is the core driving force of enterprise development. Since 2011, he has put forward a total of 265 creative proposals, saving the company over 2.1 million yuan. In the improvement project of large dippers, he led the team to work day and night, relying on his profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience. They successfully increased the service life of the dipper from 700 times to 2500 times, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing production costs. In addition, the belt forming machine, automatic slag removal machine, and spherical tank pull rod center drilling machine developed under his leadership have increased worker efficiency by 5 to 20 times, greatly promoting the intelligent and automated process of the company's production and manufacturing. Li Zhongjiang never shrinks from technical challenges. In the production task of dippers for a large ship ejection test device, facing the difficult situation of previous test failures and easy damage to the test device, he took on the responsibility and led the team members to wholeheartedly engage in technological breakthroughs. After countless days and nights of research and experimentation, they finally successfully solved the problem. This project not only successfully applied for the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award, but its dipper production technology has also reached a leading domestic level, making significant contributions to the development of related fields in China.

"A single flower does not make a spring; a hundred flowers in full bloom bring spring to the garden." Li Zhongjiang deeply understands the importance of talent cultivation. On the road of talent cultivation, he has been a mentor, training more than 500 apprentices over ten years and leading the establishment of a provincial-level skills master studio, a provincial-level model worker innovation studio, and a high-skilled talent workstation. He and his studio members have obtained 39 patents and 5 science and technology achievement awards. He carefully compiled more than ten textbooks, cultivating 38 enterprise technical backbones, including 10 senior technicians and 6 technicians. Many of his apprentices have grown into outstanding talents such as "Hubei Provincial Model Workers", "Jingchu Craftsmen", and "Jingmen Craftsmen", creating a technically skilled team for the company and becoming an undisputed mentor and friend.

Today, Li Zhongjiang's skills master studio is not only a cradle for talent cultivation but also a benchmark and business card for the enterprise. It has joined forces with key enterprises in Duodao District, Jingmen City to establish the Jingmen High-tech Zone Duodao District Equipment Manufacturing Industry Innovation Studio Alliance to achieve complementary advantages, mutual exchange, and common improvement among innovation studios.
