——CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Technical Talent Development Project "Hongtu·Lingyi Plan" Project Launch Conference and First Intensive Study 
In order to build a technical management team that understands the business, is good at collaboration, and is skilled in management, and to help the company's high-quality development. On May 11, CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company's technical talent development project "Hongtu·Lingyi Plan" was officially launched, and the first intensive study was conducted. This training was conducted by Meng Qinghao, assistant to the dean of CIMC College, and Wu Yameng, product manager of leadership, as instructors. Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Hongtu Company, participated in the training of 25 technical backbones. 

At the launch ceremony, General Manager Tu pointed out: The technical management team is at the core of key business processes and bears the important responsibility of innovation and leadership. It is our core engine for breaking through bottlenecks and seizing the future. In the face of the wave of industry changes and the challenges of technological iteration, we need to cultivate a group of compound talents who understand both technology and management and the market, use technological innovation to open up a wider market for the company, and create more value! I hope that every student will wholeheartedly devote themselves to learning, think proactively, actively communicate, achieve unity of knowledge and action, and apply what they have learned to practice, and jointly promote the company's technical management level to a new level. 
Wu Yameng, from CIMC College, introduced the talent cultivation plan. She pointed out that the "Hongtu·Lingyi Plan" aims to help technical managers and high-potential cultivation objects of Hongtu Company transform their role cognition and improve their key management capabilities. Focusing on helping students establish the correct management awareness and sense of responsibility, strengthen the concept of collaborative win-win, improve their thinking horizons, and build a technical exchange platform, a complete learning path has been planned. Starting from this opening ceremony, a year and a half of learning will be conducted, successively carrying out role cognition and self-cognition, customer thinking, business thinking, team thinking, collaborative thinking, and improvement thinking, using classroom learning, after-class practical assignments, IDP formulation and coaching feedback, etc., to ensure that students can receive targeted learning and growth at different stages.
Xiao Xuewen, deputy general manager of the company, Meng Hua, assistant general manager, and Jiang Sunjian, deputy general manager of the technical management center, respectively, as representatives of direct superiors, urged all students to think diligently, practice more, boldly try new methods, and have the spirit of "dare to tackle tough problems".
At the ceremony, all students took a solemn oath. The firm oath demonstrated the students' importance of this training and their firm determination to improve themselves and contribute to the company's development.
Meng Qinghao, from CIMC College, highly praised the students' high spirits and proactive learning attitude. He pointed out that in the current environment of involution in the manufacturing industry, technological innovation is becoming the core engine for enterprises to achieve high-quality development. In past projects, the Hongtu technical team has overcome numerous technical difficulties with its professional knowledge and innovative spirit. Medium-pressure vehicles and spherical tanks have become a beautiful business card for CIMC Group's external publicity, winning widespread market reputation and customer recognition. Looking to the future, we expect all technical personnel to change their cognition through learning, strengthen collaboration, and always use customer needs as the yardstick for measuring their own design capabilities, so that every innovative achievement can be effectively transformed into practical solutions that meet customer value needs, and with better products and services, lead the development trend in the industry transformation.
At the launch ceremony, CIMC College and Jingmen Hongtu signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking the beginning of in-depth cooperation between the two parties in the field of talent cultivation, and jointly promoting the high-quality development of Hongtu Company.
In the afternoon of the same day, Teacher Wu led the technical team to carry out a series of rich and colorful team-building activities such as "Retracing the Long March" and "Heart-to-Heart Wishes," effectively enhancing emotional communication among students and improving team cohesion and collaboration.
On the 12th, Teacher Meng from CIMC College conducted special training on "Role Cognition," helping students find their role positioning, explore their own strengths and weaknesses, formulate personal development plans, and set personal development breakthroughs. This allowed students not only to have a clearer understanding of themselves but also to find the direction of their future efforts, laying a solid talent foundation for the implementation of the company's grand strategy. In the training and discussion session, students conducted in-depth analysis of the "four roles that technical managers should play in the future".
Combining their years of experience in technical research and development and project management, the students conducted frank and comprehensive self-assessments, pointing out their shortcomings. Through this self-examination, everyone had a clearer understanding of their own abilities, clarifying the direction for future improvement.
General Manager Tu gave detailed comments on the self-assessment of each technical personnel, not only accurately pointing out the highlights and omissions in the advantages and disadvantages of everyone's summary, but also combining practical cases to put forward targeted and actionable improvement suggestions, allowing technical personnel to have a clearer plan for future career development.
To further strengthen the cross-departmental cooperation awareness of the technical team, Teacher Meng specially set up a scenario where each group simulated feedback from departments such as procurement, quality, production, sales, and after-sales to technical personnel. Through this session, they deeply reflected on the shortcomings of technical personnel in cross-departmental cooperation and conducted discussions.
On the 13th, relying on her profound professional accumulation and rich project experience, Teacher Wu deeply analyzed the students' MAP test results and conducted group discussions on the characteristics that should be possessed by these four roles. From the acuity of logical thinking, the ability to solve complex problems, and the role positioning in team collaboration, a systematic analysis was conducted of the characteristics of innovation, technological research, and industry trend leadership that should be possessed as a technical pioneer.
Every accumulation of learning and every tempering of practice is a step towards growth. We expect all technical personnel to hone their skills in learning, thinking, and practice, and to shoulder their mission and responsibilities in their respective positions with solid professional skills, shining brightly.
