On the 27th, Xu Li, General Manager of China Classification Society (CCS) Wuhan Branch, Du Haigen, Deputy General Manager, and other leaders visited Hongtu Company to conduct research and guidance. Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, led the team to warmly receive and accompany the research.
During the visit to the company's exhibition hall, General Manager Zheng detailed the company's development history, product types, qualifications and honors, and partners to General Manager Xu and his group. They also viewed Hongtu Company's green manufacturing management platform and LPG pump truck manufacturing unit management system. General Manager Xu praised Jingmen Hongtu's achievements in the field of mobile pressure vessels over the years.
Subsequently, General Manager Xu and his group went deep into the workshops to intuitively understand the company's production situation and product manufacturing process. They visited the cryogenic production line, ship tank assembly line, LPG automated production line, fully automatic welding production line, intelligent small tank production line, welding laboratory, and physical and chemical laboratory. Through the explanations of on-site technical personnel, they further understood the production process and technology of the small tank line. General Manager Xu stated: The large-scale production of LNG marine fuel tanks and the commissioning of the small tank production line are beneficial to the country and the people, and are powerful measures to actively practice the national development concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets". Hongtu Company has made significant breakthroughs in the production and application of high-manganese austenitic cryogenic steel for LNG tanks, fully demonstrating the leading role of a key enterprise in the shipbuilding industry.
Coolness sent in the scorching summer, warm care touches hearts. During the workshop visit, leaders from China Classification Society (CCS) Wuhan Branch and Jingmen Hongtu Company also provided heatstroke prevention and cooling supplies and cordial care to frontline ship tank inspection employees. They inquired about their working conditions in high temperatures and expressed gratitude for their dedication and hard work in the heat. They also reminded everyone to ensure safe production while doing a good job of heatstroke prevention and cooling, and to complete production tasks with quality and quantity.
After the visit, both parties conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as strategic cooperation and green shipping.
During the discussion, Xu Li, General Manager of Wuhan Branch, briefly introduced CCS's history and business scope. He stated that CCS will fully leverage its advantages in technology and service networks to provide more meticulous and thoughtful technical services for the ship power modification projects undertaken by Jingmen Hongtu, creating greater social value. At the same time, he hopes to work with Jingmen Hongtu to develop a multi-domain, full-industrial chain development encompassing "government, industry, academia, research, inspection, application, and finance", promoting the expansion of strategic cooperation between the two parties into broader fields, higher levels, and deeper degrees.
Finally, Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, stated that since signing strategic cooperation agreements with China Classification Society Wuhan Branch and China Classification Society Wuhan Rules and Regulations Institute in 2012, the company has leveraged the situation to participate in the "Gasification of Yangtze River" project, which has played a significant role in promoting Hongtu Company's marine LNG business development. Nowadays, Jingmen Hongtu has secured its place in projects such as "Gasification of Yangtze River", "Gasification of Pearl River", "Gasification of Xi River", and "Gasification of Grand Canal", which is inseparable from the consistent support of Wuhan Classification Society. It is hoped that both parties will consolidate the foundation of cooperation, anchor existing fields, open up new spaces, further deepen cooperation, and jointly contribute more to the high-quality development of China's green shipping industry with China Classification Society.

On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
