Empowerment and Progress, Gathering Strength for a Distant Future - Jingmen Hongtu Organizes Specialized Training on LPG Micro-pipelines

Summer is hot, but you're super sweet. From June 6-8, 2022, Jingmen Hongtu Marketing Management Center, in conjunction with the Micro Pipeline Network Project Team, launched a three-day special training and examination for the "LPG Micro Pipeline Network Project". A total of 24 LPG Micro Pipeline Network project training instructors and dedicated sales personnel conducted training at the LPG Micro Pipeline Network training base, while over 40 other marketing-related personnel participated online via UMEET. Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of the company, and Xiao Xuewen, Deputy General Manager, attended the opening ceremony of the Micro Pipeline Network special training.
At the opening ceremony, Xu Lei, General Manager of the Marketing Management Center, introduced the requirements, assessment methods, and relevant policies for this special training session.
Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of the company, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. He pointed out that the LPG Micro Pipeline Network Project is a strategic initiative to aid in the construction of beautiful villages and rural revitalization, and also to achieve the goals of carbon peaking, carbon neutrality, and integrated urban-rural development. He expressed hope that through the application and promotion of the Micro Pipeline Network Project, Hongtu can truly become a promoter of national clean energy application. All dedicated sales personnel and business managers should, through this training, master the direction and application of the Micro Pipeline Network Project, leverage the 'wolf culture' of the marketing team, and build the Micro Pipeline Network Project into another star product of Hongtu Company, running parallel with LPG tank trucks and spherical tank engineering.
Meng Hua, General Manager of the Tank Truck and Vessel Division, presented on the application and implementation of the LPG Micro Pipeline Network Project, and engaged in interactive discussions with attendees regarding the project's promotion.
Subsequently, technical managers such as Yin Sun, Zhao Wanli, and Liu Bin delivered presentations on the product advantages, manufacturing advantages, laws and regulations, and group standards of the Micro Pipeline Network Project. They also addressed questions from the onsite learners one by one, further deepening the participants' understanding of the Micro Pipeline Network Project.
On the afternoon of June 7th, R&D personnel from the Technical Management Center's pump-equipped tank truck division and Manager Zheng from the Customer Service Center, respectively, provided onsite explanations and training on the main structure, central control system, practical operation, maintenance, and emergency handling of pump-equipped tank trucks. A simulated liquid unloading demonstration of the pump-equipped truck was also conducted onsite, deepening participants' understanding of pump-equipped tank truck applications through hands-on practice. After the drill, under the guidance of technical staff, Micro Pipeline Network dedicated sales personnel, in groups of two, conducted practical exercises on the Micro Pipeline Network filling steps. The entire practical exercise process was also live-streamed via UMEET, combining theory with practice, which not only made the learning more thorough but also allowed all online marketing personnel to grasp the concepts comprehensively.


On the morning of June 8th, an examination was conducted to assess the learning outcomes of participants based on the training content from the previous two days. A total of over 40 people took the exam, excluding those who were on temporary business trips and unable to attend. It is hoped that through this examination, a continuous learning mindset will be strengthened, truly understanding and familiarizing with the significance of the Micro Pipeline Network Project, while also boosting the confidence and drive of the project team members, encouraging them to overcome difficulties and rise to challenges. While practicing the green and environmentally friendly development concept, the LPG Micro Pipeline Network Project is expected to become a new economic growth point for Hongtu Company, contributing to drawing a new scroll of beautiful China, embodying the national goal that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".

This training was conducted by Meng Qinghao, assistant to the dean of CIMC Academy, and Wu Yameng, product manager of leadership, and Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Hongtu Company, participated in the training of 25 technical backbones.
On April 30, Li Zhongjiang, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Anrui, who was awarded the title of "National Labor Model", returned home in glory. Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, led the leadership team, manufacturing center heads, workshop production managers, representatives of front-line employees, and representatives of functional departments to warmly welcome him back to the company.

On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time".
