In May 2022, after 5 years of technical research, development, and demonstration, the small liquefied petroleum gas (commercial propane) road tanker with a discharge pump, developed by Jingmen Hongtu Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CIMC Enric, successfully passed the "New Materials, New Technologies, New Processes" technical review. This makes it the first domestic manufacturer to pass the "Three New" review, possessing full upstream, midstream, and downstream LPG industrial chain solution capabilities, filling a gap in the national clean energy application field.

(TIPS: The "Three New Review" refers to cases where mobile pressure vessel manufacturing units adopt new materials, new technologies, or new processes that are inconsistent with the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Mobile Pressure Vessels" (hereinafter referred to as "these Regulations"), or where these Regulations do not require but may have a significant impact on safety performance. In such cases, an application must be submitted to the State Administration for Market Regulation (hereinafter referred to as SAMR). SAMR then entrusts the Special Equipment Safety and Energy Saving Technology Committee to conduct a technical review. The review results, after approval by SAMR, allow for production and use.)
Starting in 2017, Jingmen Hongtu, along with the Mobile Pressure Vessel Sub-Technical Committee of the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization Technical Committee, China Gas, and other entities, began to dedicate efforts to the research and development of micro-pipeline network projects. Yang Xiaohu, General Manager of CIMC Enric, and Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of Jingmen Hongtu, led technical R&D and market development personnel to organize teams multiple times for exchanges with China Gas clients on-site. Technical teams were dispatched to developed countries and regions such as Japan, the United States, Europe, and Hong Kong for surveys and technical cooperation discussions. They took the lead in developing the first batch of small LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) storage tanks and dedicated pump-equipped tankers based on safety and digital operation management. Globally, they pioneered the use of long-range radio (LoRa) technology for real-time interactive communication between small LPG pump-equipped tankers and small LPG storage tanks. Significant investments were made to establish an intelligent management platform for LPG pump-equipped tanker manufacturing enterprises, a professional training base for LPG pump-equipped tankers, and an automated production line for small LPG storage tanks, ensuring the compliant, safe, and intelligent use of micro-pipeline network systems. Under the guidance and evaluation of the Special Equipment Safety and Energy Saving Technology Committee of the State Administration for Market Regulation, after numerous experiments and evaluations, it finally successfully passed the "Three New Review".

The construction of micro-pipeline networks enables the application of clean energy in rural and remote mountainous areas, bringing gas pipelines into every household, making metered billing and safe gas use a reality.
