Summer is scorching hot, but with you, it's extra sweet. From June 6th to 8th, 2022, the Jingmen Hongtu Marketing Management Center and the Micro-pipe Network Project team conducted a three-day special training and examination on the "LPG Micro-pipe Network Project." A total of 24 micro-pipe network project trainers and sales personnel participated in the training at the LPG micro-website training base, while over 40 other marketing-related personnel participated online via UMEET. Company General Manager Zheng Zhijun and Deputy General Manager Xiao Xuewen attended the opening ceremony of the micro-pipe network special training.
At the opening ceremony, Xu Lei, general manager of the marketing management center, introduced the requirements, assessment methods, and relevant policies of this special training session.
Company General Manager Zheng Zhijun delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. He pointed out that the LPG micro-pipe network project is a strategic measure to support the construction of beautiful villages and rural revitalization, and it is also aimed at achieving carbon peaking, carbon neutrality, and integrated urban-rural development. He hopes that through the application and promotion of the micro-pipe network project, Hongtu can truly become a promoter of national clean energy applications. All sales personnel and business managers should master the direction and application of the micro-pipe network project implementation through this training, give full play to the wolf-like culture of the marketing team, and make the micro-pipe network project another star product of Hongtu Company, running alongside LPG tank trucks and spherical tank projects.
Meng Hua, general manager of the Tank Truck Container Business, gave a presentation on the application and implementation of the LPG micro-pipe network project and exchanged ideas with the attendees.
Subsequently, technical managers Yin Sun, Zhao Wanli, and Liu Bin gave presentations on the product advantages, manufacturing advantages, laws and regulations, and group standards of the micro-pipe network project, answering questions from the trainees and further deepening their understanding of the project.
On the afternoon of June 7th, technical personnel from the Technical Management Center and pump truck R&D personnel, and Manager Zheng from the Customer Service Center, gave on-site lectures and training on the main structure, central control system, operation, maintenance, and emergency handling of pump trucks. They also conducted a simulated unloading demonstration of pump trucks. The practical training deepened the trainees' understanding of pump truck applications. After the exercise, under the guidance of technical personnel, micro-pipe network sales personnel conducted practical training on the micro-pipe network filling process in groups of two. The entire practical training process was also livestreamed via UMEET, combining theory with practice, not only making learning more thorough but also allowing all online marketing personnel to fully understand the concepts.
On the morning of June 8th, an examination was conducted to test the learning outcomes of the trainees from the previous two days. Excluding those temporarily away on business trips, more than 40 people took the exam. The hope is that the exam will strengthen the awareness of continuous learning, truly understand the significance of the micro-pipe network project, and enhance the confidence and enthusiasm of the project team members, encouraging them to overcome difficulties and forge ahead. While practicing the concept of green and environmentally friendly development, it will help the LPG micro-pipe network project become a new economic growth point for Hongtu Company, contributing to the realization of the national goal of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets," and painting a new picture of a beautiful China.

On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
