The pandemic strikes again, and we remain resolute!

In the early morning of April 11, 2022, Jingmen City discovered one positive case of novel coronavirus infection during routine nucleic acid testing. To effectively curb the spread of the novel coronavirus and fully ensure the life safety and physical health of all citizens, in accordance with the unified deployment of the provincial epidemic prevention and control headquarters, a regional expanded nucleic acid screening will be conducted in Jingmen central urban area (Dongbao District, Jingmen High-tech Zone & Duodao District, Zhanghe New District urban area, and towns such as Zhanghe Town and Macheng Town in the three districts) starting from 6:00 on April 11. During the screening and control period, personnel in the aforementioned areas will be "entry only, no exit."
At 2:20 AM, Jingmen Hongtu, located in Jingmen High-tech Zone Duodao District, received a notice from the park office. The company's epidemic emergency working group responded swiftly. Led by team leader Zheng Zhijun, they immediately activated the epidemic prevention and control emergency response. Deputy General Manager Tu Xiaohong, following General Manager Zheng's instructions, quickly initiated epidemic prevention and control and stable production preparation work, ensuring that both epidemic prevention and production were maintained during the epidemic period.
In the early hours of the morning, upon receiving the company's notice of impending closed-loop production, Hongtu Company employees did not hesitate. They quickly packed their bags and headed towards the company. Realizing that traffic control was in effect, they walked more than ten kilometers on their own, just to contribute their part to the company's production during the closed-loop operation. This fearless spirit and demeanor once again demonstrated the Hongtu people's loyal dedication and strong cohesion; they are the valuable asset for the company's long-term stability. At 9:35 AM, all Hongtu Company on-site employees had completed nucleic acid testing, and the factory area's fully closed management was initiated.
On April 11, Hongtu Company held a special meeting on epidemic prevention and control work. The meeting conveyed the spirit and relevant documents of Jingmen City's COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control meeting and analyzed the current epidemic situation in Jingmen City. At the meeting, Company General Manager Zheng Zhijun deployed and arranged epidemic prevention and control work, while also putting forward the requirement to coordinate epidemic prevention and control with safe production. He requested cadres from all units to attach great importance to epidemic prevention and control, refine prevention and control measures, strictly implement various routine epidemic prevention and control measures, and build a strong Hongtu epidemic defense line with a resolute attitude, strict measures, and decisive actions, firmly implementing all measures for risk prevention, safety protection, epidemic combat, and stability maintenance.
During the lockdown period, the company's functional departments responded quickly, issuing the "Hongtu Company Home Office Management Regulations during Epidemic Period" immediately. Various business departments, business units, and centers actively held video conferences, arranged departmental work, and organized employees to conduct home-based online work, ensuring smooth information communication channels during the epidemic. A new round of epidemic prevention and control battle suddenly began, however, things are different now. Having experienced the baptism and tempering of the 2020 "COVID-19" epidemic and the 2021 "Delta" variant, the Hongtu people have developed resilient qualities. Facing the epidemic, they remained as calm as a mountain, without panic or confusion, but rather orderly and actively cooperated with local epidemic prevention policies. They strengthened disinfection of public areas, elevators, restrooms, offices, workshops, and other areas in the factory, enhanced health monitoring of personnel, and ensured logistical support for on-site personnel. All work progressed steadily and orderly. Before the lockdown was lifted, a total of 708 Hongtu employees went against the tide to stay at the factory without hesitation, working together with one mind and going all out to overcome the difficulties with the company.
On the afternoon of April 12, despite the pouring rain outside, it still could not deter the Hongtu people from fulfilling their duties. Shipping personnel were braving the wind and rain to conduct the final inspection before shipment. Even under epidemic control, they overcame all difficulties and fulfilled their commitments, successfully shipping 14 Hongtu brand LPG tank trucks to customers in Shandong. This not only demonstrated Hongtu Company's contractual spirit of integrity and adherence to contracts but also reflected the company's business philosophy of legal compliance and service excellence.
No winter is too long, and no spring is too far behind. The epidemic will eventually dissipate, and the beauty of spring will surely arrive with the gentle spring breeze. Under the correct leadership of General Manager Zheng, all members of Hongtu Company worked together in the same boat, applying scientific prevention and precise policies. After two days of city lockdown, they finally welcomed the lifting of the lockdown. Currently, the company has resumed normal work order and production and operation status.

On May 11, the Hongtu Leading Wings Program, a technical talent development project of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, was officially launched, and the first centralized learning session was held. This training was conducted by Meng Qinghao, assistant to the dean of CIMC Academy, and Wu Yameng, product manager of leadership, and Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Hongtu Company, participated in the training of 25 technical backbones.
On April 30, Li Zhongjiang, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Anrui, who was awarded the title of "National Labor Model", returned home in glory. Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, led the leadership team, manufacturing center heads, workshop production managers, representatives of front-line employees, and representatives of functional departments to warmly welcome him back to the company.
On the afternoon of April 28, the opening ceremony of the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-collar Workers" customized training program jointly organized by CIMC Group and Jingmen Vocational College was successfully held. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time".
