To thoroughly study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the Central Talent Work Conference, to cultivate and foster a group of outstanding talents with profound achievements, prominent accomplishments, and widespread influence, to accelerate the construction of a high-level talent team, and to provide strong talent support for Jingmen City to build a pilot zone for high-quality development in the province and construct a central city in central Hubei. The Jingmen Municipal Party Committee organized the "First Jingmen Talents" selection activity, and Xiao Xuewen, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of Jingmen Hongtu Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and welder Zhang Aihua were successfully selected. 
In March this year, the Municipal Party Committee Office issued the "Jingmen City Outstanding Talent Award Selection and Commendation Measures." The "Measures" follow the regular practices of talent selection, going through seven steps: announcing, organizing recommendations, qualification review, conducting evaluations, approving candidates, publicizing, and official announcement. A total of 353 people applied, and finally, the Talent Work Leading Group of the Jingmen Municipal Party Committee recognized 114 comrades as candidates for the "First Jingmen Talents." Their term of employment is from March 2022 to February 2025.

He dares to tackle tough challenges and is good at pioneering innovation. Xiao Xuewen has conducted long-term in-depth research on pressure vessels and pipelines, leading and participating in multiple national, provincial, and municipal major scientific research and development projects, including the national key new product "high-vacuum cryogenic liquid transport vehicle." He presided over the compilation of multiple national standards such as "GB/T 19905-2017 Standard for Tankers for Liquefied Gases" and "TSG Special Equipment Safety Technical Specification TSG R0005-2011." He has written and published numerous academic papers, and through continuous exploration and practice, he has obtained 15 various patents, all of which have been industrialized, playing an important role in improving the company's efficiency. He has successively received honorary titles such as "Duodao Science and Technology Bureau Annual Science and Technology Person of the Year," "Second and Third Gatekeeping Talent of Jingmen City," "Technical Expert of Jingmen City Science and Technology Expert Database," "Member of the Mobile Pressure Vessel Subcommittee of the National Pressure Vessel Standardization Committee," and "Member of the Hazardous Chemicals Storage and Transportation Equipment Technology and Informationization Committee of the China Association for Technical Supervision Information."

"Do what you love, love what you do, and strive for excellence in your field, only then can you achieve success!" This is a phrase Zhang Aihua often says. For over twenty years as a welder, he has always been rooted at the grassroots level, dedicated to his job, actively striving, and diligently researching, continuously improving his skills through practice. After years of experience, Zhang Aihua has mastered various welding processes and methods, such as manual arc welding, tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, and has summarized a set of methods for high-quality, time-saving, and fast welding. He led his team to carry out a project to "solve welding crack problems in stainless steel products" and spearheaded the project to "convert manual internal circumferential welding of tank closure seams to submerged arc automatic welding," both achieving complete success. He has received honorary titles such as "National Technical Expert," "Jingchu Craftsman," "Jingmen Master," "Jingmen City Labor Model," and "Chief Technician of Hubei Province," and enjoys a special government allowance from Hubei Province.

On April 30, Li Zhongjiang, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Anrui, who was awarded the title of "National Labor Model", returned home in glory. On the afternoon of April 28, the opening ceremony of the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-collar Workers" customized training program jointly organized by CIMC Group and Jingmen Vocational College was successfully held. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time".
