To better summarize and promote the outstanding achievements in quality improvement in 2021 and to promote the continuous improvement of company quality and employee innovation, on the morning of March 11, Jingmen Hongtu held the fifth "Kangsheng-Hongtu Cup" Quality Improvement Presentation and Commendation Conference, awarding prizes to outstanding individuals in product development or manufacturing processes, and to customers and sales personnel who provided excellent improvement suggestions for company products. Managers from the production line and leaders from relevant business units and the operations department gathered together to witness this special honor. Zheng Zhijun, general manager of Hongtu Company, attended the meeting, and Wang Wei, general manager of Zibo Kangsheng Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., was invited to attend.
The meeting opened with a VCR titled "The Secret of Hongtu Tanker's Leading Quality." The video showcased the lightweight design achievements of Hongtu tankers, which not only comply with national overload control policies but also improve transportation efficiency and align with industry trends. Through continuous optimization and product upgrades, combined with new materials and design concepts, Hongtu's lightweight tanker technology is far ahead.
To better understand customer needs regarding product quality and after-sales service, in 2021, the marketing center, using the "iron triangle" work model, regularly organized personnel from technology, process, quality, and after-sales departments to conduct visits to customer groups, assisting customers in on-site problem-solving over 50 times, conducting over 30 training sessions, and collecting 32 customer opinions. In terms of process quality control, we promoted intelligent production and testing, introducing multiple intelligent production equipment and testing tools, achieving the common development of high efficiency and high quality.
Following this, the conference entered the presentation and evaluation stage of quality improvement topics. After the preliminary quality improvement topic collection activity, a total of 6 quality topics were selected for the final evaluation. Chen Tianrui from the Tank Research and Development Department presented the improvement topic "LPG Semi-trailer Loading and Unloading Speed, Lightweight Design, and Continuous Improvement"; Yang Hailan from the Tank Research and Development Department presented the improvement topic "Structural Improvement of Export Semi-trailers to Adapt to Harsh Road Conditions"; Zheng Yi from the Trailer Workshop presented the improvement topic "Eliminating Standing Water Inside Commercial Propane Tanks"; Li Jianping from the Spray Painting Workshop presented the improvement topic "Paint Detail Improvement"; Que Zhengjie from the Chemical Tank Workshop presented the improvement topic "Improving the First-Time Inspection Pass Rate of Products"; and Gong Cheng from the Quality Management Department presented the improvement topic "Improving the First-Time Pass Rate of Low-Temperature Product Radiation Detection."
Subsequently, Liu Shaobo and Su Xiao from the Trailer Workshop presented the improvement topic "Improvement of Air Leakage in φ18 Connector of Walking Gear Air Pipe," which won the Group ONE Topic Improvement Award. Chen Fengjiao from the Quality Management Department presented the fifth "Kangsheng-Hongtu Cup" Customer Excellent Suggestion Award and Marketing and After-Sales Service Excellent Proposal Award.

At the meeting, all participating contestants fully demonstrated the content of topic selection, target setting, cause analysis, countermeasure formulation, countermeasure implementation, topic effectiveness, and effectiveness consolidation. Judges provided on-site comments and interaction, enriching the paths and broadening the thinking for the subsequent value extension of each improvement topic.
After the exciting competition, a number of outstanding achievements emerged. The conference also entered the most exciting award ceremony. Ke Weimin, deputy general manager of the Operation Management Center, presented awards to Liu Shaobo and Su Xiao for winning the Demonstration Topic Presentation Commemorative Award; Meng Hua, general manager of the Tank Business Department, presented awards to Yu Haidong, Xu Hongqiao, Yin Sun, Zhu Peng, and Zhu Pengfei for winning the Quality Improvement Topic Encouragement Award; Fu Rongming, deputy general manager of the company, presented awards to Xu Jingfeng, Li Jinqiao, and Gong Cheng for winning the third prize; Xiao Xuewen, deputy general manager of the company, presented awards to Chen Tianrui and Yang Hailan for winning the second prize; Wang Wei, general manager of Zibo Kangsheng Company, presented the first prize to Zheng Yi; Liu Rui, the company's quality control director, presented awards to Feng Wen, Zheng Jianming, Wang Jun, and Wu Guoqing for winning the Marketing and After-Sales Service Improvement Proposal Encouragement Award; Xu Lei, general manager of the Marketing Center, presented awards to Li Ge and Zhan Xianhu for winning the Marketing and After-Sales Service Improvement Proposal Special Award; and Zheng Zhijun, general manager of the company, presented the Customer Excellent Improvement Suggestion Special Award to Wang Wei of Zibo Kangsheng Economic and Trade Co., Ltd.
Wang Wei, general manager of Zibo Kangsheng Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., delivered a speech at the conference. He congratulated Hongtu Company on its remarkable achievements in recent years and affirmed the significant results achieved in quality improvement. He also put forward improvement suggestions and quality requirements from the perspectives of Hongtu employees and Hongtu customers. He pointed out that quality and safety are fundamental to the survival of an enterprise. Only good product quality can win customer trust, enhance brand awareness and influence, and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise.
Finally, the general manager of Hongtu Company made a summary speech. He first expressed his deep gratitude to Kangsheng Company, a valuable customer, for its long-term trust and support, and to the employees who actively participated in the company's product upgrades and improvements. He stated that as a special equipment manufacturing enterprise, we are involved in the national security field and bear the hope of the nation and the safety of the people. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
