To actively respond to the company's call for the "zero-defect" commitment—no receiving, producing, or delivering of defective products—and fully implement the policy of quality-first and total participation, we will regulate quality from the source and enhance quality awareness from the basics. In October 2021, Hongtu Company issued the "Jingmen Hongtu Team Quality Management Measures" to further improve the company's awareness of high-quality product delivery. Simultaneously, combined with team building, the team quality mobile flag competition was launched to fully promote the "quality first" awareness among the company's frontline employees and jointly create a good atmosphere of quality supremacy and emulation.
On February 16, company Vice General Manager Xiao Xuewen, Quality Control Director Liu Rui, and Deputy Director of Quality Control Ye Tao awarded the January 2022 "Monthly Quality Management Excellent Team" mobile flag and certificates to the Huanghong No. 1 Team of the Chemical Container Workshop, the No. 2 Team of the Parts Workshop's Welding and Clamping Section, and the Cutting and Shearing Section of the Pressing Workshop.
It is understood that the selection criteria for this competition are mainly based on a comprehensive evaluation of items such as team self-inspection and mutual inspection, product inspection pass rate, zero outflow of defective products, and complaints from downstream processes. The "Monthly Quality Management Excellent Team" is selected strictly according to the prescribed procedures and is awarded cash prizes, a quality mobile flag, and certificates of honor.
Company Vice General Manager Xiao Xuewen stated that through the awarding of the quality mobile flag, the activity mobilizes all employees to improve their quality awareness, hone their quality skills, and consolidate the quality foundation. Teams that have won the mobile flag should cherish the honor and become quality benchmarks. Teams that have not won the mobile flag should strive to improve their quality management level, learn from the benchmark teams, and strive for the mobile flag.
