At the beginning of the new year, everything takes on a new look, and a new journey begins. On February 12 (the twelfth day of the first lunar month), Jingmen Hongtu Company ushered in its first day back to work after the holiday.

The Year of the Tiger brings new ideas, and it's the right time to start work! At 8:28 am, firecrackers and fireworks went off inside the company, and the booming sound of cannons heralded a prosperous year for the company's production and operation, with performance rising steadily!
Auspicious start to work, safety first.
At 9 am, Hongtu Company, in strict accordance with the work deployment of the group and the sector, launched the "Safety 100" themed activity. The activity aims to strengthen the company's safety management level, comprehensively improve employees' safety awareness, ensure that the company's 2022 safe production remains stable and improves, and promote the company's production and operation to a new level. Li Dong, general manager of CIMC Enric Technology Innovation Sharing Center, and Zheng Zhijun, general manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, led all cadres and employees to participate in this activity, which was hosted by Dai Wencheng, deputy manager of the Safety Lean Department.
Zheng first extended a welcome and blessing to all employees returning to the factory after the holiday, and emphasized that the company should always adhere to the work guideline of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management," closely focusing on the company's HSE guidelines and objectives to implement safety responsibilities at all levels, improve work measures, strengthen supervision and inspection, severely crack down on hidden dangers, adhere to stability as the priority and seek progress while maintaining stability, continuously build a whole-industry-chain safety supervision system, and strive to do a good job in 2022's safety production work with the goal of "safety first, zero violations, zero accidents," creating a good safety culture atmosphere, and offering a gift to CIMC's 40th birthday.
Zeng Qiang, manager of the trailer workshop, made a safety commitment on behalf of the workshop. Su Xiao, a company employee, spoke as an employee representative. Following this, Zheng Zhijun, general manager of the company, and three senior executives, Deputy General Managers Tu Xiaohong, Xiao Xuewen, and Fu Rongming, signed the 2022 HSE production responsibility letter.
Then, Xiao, the head of HSE, and the general managers of the four centers and four business units signed the 2022 HSE production responsibility letter, and led all employees holding message cards to shout the safety slogan "Safety first, zero violations, zero accidents" loudly.
Li Dong, general manager of CIMC Enric Technology Innovation Sharing Center, gave a speech, saying that everyone present is the pillar of their family, hoping that everyone will earnestly implement various safety regulations, and wishing Hongtu Company a new brilliant achievement in the Year of the Tiger.
Finally, under the leadership of Zheng, all employees crossed the safety gate in an orderly manner and signed a commitment on the banner of "2022 Safety First, Zero Violations, Zero Accidents." The company created a safety culture atmosphere of full participation and improvement through various forms such as distributing family safety message cards to employees, safety 100 activity theme display boards, and WeChat scan code prize-winning quizzes, striving to achieve the annual safety goals.

After the event, each department organized employee return-to-work safety training and education by workshop, and carried out confirmation and inspection work on the return-to-work safety conditions of water, electricity, gas, and hazardous sources in the workshop.

On the afternoon of the 12th, the company held the "Jingmen Hongtu 2022 General Manager's HSE First Lesson" training, lectured by General Manager Zheng Zhijun. Deputy General Managers Tu Xiaohong, Xiao Xuewen, Fu Rongming, and managers of various departments participated in the training.
Zheng used real-life cases to introduce the theme of this learning session, covering six aspects: Mai's HSE requirements, review of typical cases in 2021, relevant HSE laws and regulations, important national HSE policies, the company's main risk points and control, the holding company and Hongtu's HSE guidelines and objectives. He emphasized the importance of HSE work, requiring the full implementation of "one post, two responsibilities," the implementation of "three musts" and "five in place," firmly establishing the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, unswervingly following the path of green development, and clarifying Hongtu Company's key HSE tasks for 2022, actively undertaking ESG and social responsibilities, strictly abiding by safety regulations, strengthening the company's risk control efforts, establishing a sound company-wide safety training system, and achieving safe, green, and healthy development of the enterprise. Finally, Zheng emphasized that all cadres and employees must, through the implementation of the themed activities, continue to implement the idea of "safety first, zero violations, zero accidents," adhere to the concept of people-oriented and life first, firmly establish the awareness of safety red lines and bottom-line thinking, keep the safety string tight, and persistently do a good job in safety production.
