International engineering projects achieve success, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, various overseas engineering projects of Jingmen Hongtu Company, a subsidiary of CIMC Enric, have presented gifts to the great Party with their phased achievements!
On July 1st, Jingmen Hongtu Cambodia's 1*6000m³ spherical tank successfully completed its hydraulic test, marking the official entry of the spherical tank station project into the final sprint phase of pipeline commissioning!

On July 2nd, the spherical tanks for Jingmen Hongtu Ghana's 2*6000m³ spherical tank project successfully entered the airtightness testing phase, marking that another international spherical tank station engineering project is about to enter the final phase of pipeline installation and commissioning!!
On July 3rd, the spherical tank section of Jingmen Hongtu Nigeria's 2*5000m³ LPG terminal project has entered the anti-corrosion phase, receiving high praise and recognition from the owner!!!
These are all things I have personally witnessed since early 2020, when the domestic epidemic had just eased and various overseas countries gradually reopened their borders. As one of Jingmen Hongtu International Business's on-site representatives for overseas construction, I immediately followed each international engineering project department in submitting a 'battle request'. After implementing strict epidemic prevention measures, I resolutely embarked on the journey against the tide, braving difficulties and hardships, standing firm in foreign lands, and actively carrying out work. I have seen the company's various overseas engineering project teams pay tribute to the earnest hopes of the leadership team, led by Mr. Zheng Zhijun, the company's general manager, and present a gift to the great 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China with powerful practical actions!!!!
Looking back, memories are vivid. Since the second half of 2020, when a large number of construction personnel entered the site, under the harsh conditions of rampant epidemics and raging conflicts on the West African continent, the Nigeria A project department, upholding the value concept of "customer first, quality precedence," bravely faced difficulties and pushed forward. On one hand, they strictly prevented epidemics and ensured the health and safety of personnel; on the other hand, based on internal and external site conditions, they planned ahead, organized efficiently, and accelerated the construction period, laying a solid foundation for the smooth and on-time delivery of the project. Whether it was the on-site owner, third-party supervisors, or local residents, all gave high praise for the project's completion speed and delivery quality, with commendations abounding everywhere.
Upon the successful completion of the Nigeria A spherical tank project, the local King of the Ibasa/Ijegun EGBA community, in recognition of Jingmen Hongtu Company's contributions to promoting local employment and economic development, decided to bestow the title of "Honorary Chief" upon Mr. Liu Zhiyong, the Project Manager of the company's Nigeria A project, and held a grand coronation ceremony. This is actually the second time that Liu Zhiyong, Project Manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, has received the title of "Honorary Chief" in Nigeria, following his first award of the "Honorary Chief" title in the Ethiope West region of Delta State in 2018! Being crowned "Honorary Chief" in Nigeria twice as a representative of the company's overseas engineering projects has made a positive contribution to our company's further business expansion and enhancement of brand awareness and influence in the West African region!
In 2021, Jingmen Hongtu Project Manager Liu Zhiyong was crowned "Honorary Chief" by the local King for the second time.
In 2018, Jingmen Hongtu Project Manager Liu Zhiyong was crowned "Honorary Chief" by the local King for the first time.
The title of "Honorary Chief" is awarded by the local community to express gratitude for the employment opportunities brought by projects undertaken by Jingmen Hongtu Company and the long-term positive impact of the completed projects on the local economy. It signifies high affirmation and recognition of our project work. As an international enterprise fully participating in the construction of clean energy and chemical infrastructure in over 50 countries and regions along the "Belt and Road" initiative, CIMC Enric Jingmen Hongtu has always highly valued social responsibility and community relations. From the very beginning of site entry, the project department actively visited the local King, prioritizing friendly neighborly relations with the local community. This effectively curbed potential external risks before they arose, thereby avoiding various issues during the later construction process. Both the owner and third parties expressed sincere approval and admiration for our company's approach to managing local community relations and the Chinese wisdom demonstrated. This case also provides valuable experience for exploring a localized business development model with "Hongtu characteristics".
With the completion of the main spherical tank project, the Lagos A project has achieved a phased victory. Meanwhile, the station project department began site entry in June and has now completed part of the process pipeline layout, and positioned welded hydrocarbon pumps and fire pumps. Fire pipelines have also started prefabrication welding, moving a step closer to the overall project completion. The remaining team will arrive on site by mid-month, and the project department will strive to complete the delivery of the entire station within the timeframe agreed with the client.

The completion of this project will enable the client to seize the initiative in the LPG market and simultaneously make a significant contribution to accelerating Nigeria's energy industry transition from oil to gas. Furthermore, as concepts of sustainable development and carbon neutrality become increasingly ingrained, this is also a strong initiative for us to practice "green development and green supply chain" within CIMC Group's sustainable development strategy. CIMC Hongtu is making its due contribution to addressing global warming and achieving carbon neutrality in its own way.

On May 11, the Hongtu Leading Wings Program, a technical talent development project of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, was officially launched, and the first centralized learning session was held. This training was conducted by Meng Qinghao, assistant to the dean of CIMC Academy, and Wu Yameng, product manager of leadership, and Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Hongtu Company, participated in the training of 25 technical backbones.
On April 30, Li Zhongjiang, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Anrui, who was awarded the title of "National Labor Model", returned home in glory. Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, led the leadership team, manufacturing center heads, workshop production managers, representatives of front-line employees, and representatives of functional departments to warmly welcome him back to the company.
On the afternoon of April 28, the opening ceremony of the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-collar Workers" customized training program jointly organized by CIMC Group and Jingmen Vocational College was successfully held. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. This is not only a brilliant medal in Li Zhongjiang's personal career, but also the supreme glory in the development history of Jingmen Hongtu!
To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time". Through the combination of red education and team building interaction, it guided young employees to commemorate revolutionary martyrs, build consensus, and inspire innovation and vitality, resonating with the company's development.
