In September, CIMC Jingmen Hongtu obtained 'A' certificate

On August 6-7, 2020, experts from the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, the organization responsible for developing the Sinopec YiPaiKe standard system, visited our company and conducted product quality certification for our stainless steel tower vessels under production.

In line with the trend of high-quality economic development, Sinopec has developed SCTB, an industrial e-commerce platform based on "Internet + Supply Chain"—YiPaiKe—and innovatively launched the YiPaiKe standard. The aim is to establish advanced standards for China and the world, leading manufacturing upgrades. The China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute is one of the leading organizations in developing the YiPaiKe standard system. It implements legal entity credit certification and product quality evaluation reviews for Sinopec's related parties. Through the YiPaiKe standard, companies are accurately evaluated and products are carefully selected to create industry benchmarks.

YiPaiKe is an e-commerce platform established by Sinopec, integrating procurement and sales functions based on the company's actual material procurement and supply. YiPaiKe focuses on industrial product transactions and is a new SC2B e-commerce model built to meet the massive supply chain needs of Sinopec as the core enterprise (Supply Chain to Business). YiPaiKe adheres to the principle of "making procurement more professional" and upholds the values of "expert procurement, professional bidding, concierge service, and shared resources." It gathers and selects millions of high-quality industrial product resources, deeply mining the core value of the supply chain.

In 2019, under the high attention of Mr. Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of our company, we began applying for Sinopec's YiPaiKe enterprise legal entity credit certification and product quality certification for the Sinopec products we won the bid for. We subsequently completed "AA" legal entity credit certification and product quality certifications for "Low Alloy Steel Vessels - A Grade", "Steel Spherical Shells - A Grade", and "Steel Spherical Tanks (Installation) - B Grade." We have won bids for more than 20 projects, including those from Sinopec Nanjing Engineering Company, Sinopec Engineering Company (SEI), Sinopec Luoyang Engineering Company (LOPE), Sinopec Jingmen Branch, Sinopec Tianjin Branch, Qilu Petrochemical, Gulei Project, Hainan Refining and Chemical, Zhenhai Refining and Chemical, Shanghai Engineering Company, Bally Petrochemical, Cangzhou Refining and Chemical, and Shijiazhuang Refining and Chemical, with a total contract value exceeding 140 million yuan. To date, the largest diameter of the tower-type equipment we have delivered reaches 11200 mm, and the maximum length reaches 60400 mm; the largest diameter of the vessel-type equipment reaches 14300 mm, the maximum length reaches 55000 mm, and the maximum volume reaches 4947 m³; the materials involved include carbon steel, stainless steel, cryogenic steel, hydrogenation steel, and molybdenum steel.

On May 11, the Hongtu Leading Wings Program, a technical talent development project of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, was officially launched, and the first centralized learning session was held.
