New product launch: Hongtu Company's new 37.2 m³ liquefied gas transport single vehicle successfully launched

On July 4th, Hongtu Company successfully launched its new 37.2 cubic meter liquefied gas transport single vehicle! This tanker, incorporating nine highlights, has become a leader in the domestic liquefied gas transport vehicle industry.

 

This new product is designed and manufactured according to the GB/T19905-2017 standard for "Liquefied Gas Automotive Tankers." It has passed inspection in accordance with TSG R0005-2011 "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Mobile Pressure Vessels" and its amendments 1 and 2, meeting the operational safety standards of JT/T 1178.1-2018 "Safety Technical Conditions for Commercial Vehicles, Part 1: Cargo Vehicles." The main material used is low-temperature resistant WH590E, with a temperature range of -40～50℃, covering six major temperature zones nationwide. Its geometric volume reaches 37.2m³, making it a model of National VI vehicles! This single vehicle has a payload of 15.62 tons and a gross weight of 32 tons, making transportation more efficient! Notably, this vehicle boasts superior load capacity; compared to non-air suspension chassis models, it can carry an additional 800kg!

This product is also the first domestic National VI emission standard chassis LPG single vehicle, meeting the latest national motor vehicle emission standards. Its entire life cycle strictly conforms to the "Green Design Product Evaluation Specification for Low-Alloy Steel Liquefied Gas Automotive Tankers," making it environmentally friendly. The vehicle can be equipped with ABS/EBS and can be expanded to include tire pressure monitoring, automatic inflation, explosion-proof and anti-theft monitoring, real-time reversing image, right blind spot radar voice prompts, 5km automatic interlocking alarm system, intelligent reversing brake stop system, liquid cargo monitoring system, and automatic air tank drainage device, among other intelligent driving safety assistance systems, making the product more intelligent and aesthetically pleasing.

On July 12th, this new product took center stage in Hongtu Company's live broadcast debut, being introduced to new and old customers online. This generated significant industry attention. As of July 15th, six orders for this single vehicle have been received through this live broadcast event.
