Product quality as the fundamental guarantee, Hongtu Company once again wins A-level certification

Thanks to the concerted efforts of multiple departments within the company, including the Ball Tank Business Division, Technology, Procurement, Quality, Sales, Manufacturing, Process, After-Sales, Human Resources and Administration, Enterprise Management, and Finance, the company successfully passed the four-day guidance and audit conducted by a panel of experts from the China Special Equipment Inspection Institute. On February 29, 2020, we were awarded the Class A (highest level) Product Quality Certification for "spherical shell plates". Currently, our company is the only enterprise in China with Class A certification for steel spherical shell plates.

The experts employed various methods to comprehensively understand the actual situation of each inspected item, including listening to reports, reviewing documents, inspecting the site, asking questions collectively, and conducting random checks. They left no detail unchecked, leading to an objective, accurate, and truthful evaluation.

 

In 2019, the company's general manager, Zheng Zhijun, emphasized in several meetings the importance of taking a strategic perspective to strengthen the development of strategic key accounts and expand overseas business. Since 2018, Hongtu Company has leveraged the Jingmen Petrochemical oil product upgrading and transformation project to fully enter the Sinopec procurement system. We have successively won bids for more than 20 projects from Sinopec and other companies, with a total contract value of approximately 130 million yuan. In March 2019, under the strategic guidance of General Manager Zheng Zhijun, the company began to fully enter the Sinopec Yipacker platform. We have successively completed the Sinopec Yipacker legal entity credit certification (AA level), plate welding container product quality certification (A level), and steel spherical shell plate product quality certification (A level). Later, we will conduct quality certifications for products such as ball tanks, towers, and heat exchangers. The successful certification of steel spherical shell plates is an affirmation of our existing management system and product quality, highlighting Hongtu Company's commitment to customer-centricity and providing customers with the most satisfactory products and services. This will be more beneficial for the company's future bidding work in the petrochemical system, enhancing the company's brand image and laying a solid foundation for further expanding the company's market in the petrochemical industry.
