Hongtu Company, in accordance with Jingmen City's differentiated strategy of zoning and classification, formulated epidemic prevention and control plans and various systems such as service guarantees for resuming work personnel according to the requirements for resuming work, strictly implementing "five in place", namely, prevention and control mechanisms in place, employee investigation in place, facilities and materials in place, environmental disinfection in place, and safe production in place, effectively fulfilling the main responsibilities of the enterprise and the responsibility for safe production!

On January 23, 2020, the company established the "Hongtu Company Epidemic Emergency Working Group" with General Manager Zheng Zhijun as the group leader. It is responsible for all "epidemic prevention and control" work of the company, organizing the formulation and implementation of the company's emergency plan for the new coronavirus epidemic; timely and truthfully reporting the travel routes and health status of company employees; highlighting the implementation of the main responsibility of the enterprise for epidemic prevention and control, implementing the principle of "prevention first, safety first", creating a healthy and safe working environment, effectively protecting the health of employees, and reducing psychological worries; tracking the latest epidemic control requirements of the government and promptly conveying them to the company's epidemic work group; liaising with the government and being responsible for the government's approval of the conditions for resuming work; ensuring the safe and effective resumption of work.

All company cadres and employees of all departments implemented home-based remote work from February 4th, and various tasks were carried out through various forms such as telephone conferences and email transmissions. The company's formulated epidemic prevention and control plan and specific measures have detailed relevant testing procedures and prevention and control guidelines, providing a guarantee for the rapid resumption of production. The manufacturing center has formulated a detailed production plan, sorted out existing production capacity, and made specific arrangements for orders that need to be guaranteed; the procurement department has gradually resumed contact with suppliers since mid-February to ensure the preparation of epidemic prevention materials and the input of production materials; the technical department has formulated technical solutions for products resuming production, arranged personnel to work from home, and provided follow-up services; the quality department actively contacted and communicated with external testing institutions to ensure follow-up quality control and material preparation after resuming work; the equipment and tooling department inspected all equipment, organized workshops and other departments to conduct joint inspections to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and meets the standards of use; marketing personnel actively cooperated with various business units and operations departments to communicate with customers, pay attention to customer delivery, do a good job in product delivery and adjustment, and try their best to ensure the implementation of orders, while also carrying out e-commerce services, expanding marketing channels, and improving marketing personnel's product knowledge training to improve business skills; the human resources and administration department provides online recruitment to solve the problem of labor shortages, and organizes the formulation of "food, accommodation, and transportation" guarantee plans for resuming work personnel to ensure life support after resuming work; the engineering business department actively communicates with owners and local governments to prepare for the start of construction, and currently, 3 projects outside Hubei Province (including overseas) have resumed work and production and report the epidemic situation to the company daily.

Before resuming work and production, the company registered and investigated the life trajectories of all employees and established employee files; organized personnel to conduct comprehensive disinfection of the company's office buildings, factory workshops, canteens, dormitories, commuter vehicles, and direct drinking water equipment, and disinfected once a day after resuming work; changed the employee dining mode and adopted a boxed lunch delivery system, with different departments taking turns; purchased epidemic prevention materials such as masks, forehead thermometers, 84 disinfectant water, 75% alcohol, disinfectant hand sanitizer, and disposable protective clothing, and the reserve of protective materials is not less than 15 days; assigned special personnel to strictly manage all passages entering and leaving the unit and dormitories; the company provides each employee resuming work with 2 disposable medical masks every day, sets up a special mask recycling box, and disinfects it in time. The company has taken multiple measures to ensure that employees can resume work safely and with peace of mind!

II. Work projects are proceeding in an orderly manner at the resumption of work and production site
On the first day of resuming work, company leaders Zheng Zhijun and Tu Xiaohong conducted a one-day inspection of the company's resumption of work and production, focusing on the safety guarantee and product production at the production site, and on-site supervised the arrangements for personnel food and accommodation and the connection of the resumption of work and production. They emphasized that the persons in charge should do a good job in personnel management, carefully arrange the resumption of work, and make efforts to make up for the losses caused to the enterprise by the epidemic.

Under the command and dispatch of Tang Xiaoming, the person in charge at the site, one liquid nitrogen storage tank was shipped on the day of resuming work. It is understood that this product is one of the projects of Jerry Group Technology Equipment Co., Ltd.'s export pressure vehicles. During the epidemic, the company's marketing personnel timely and effectively communicated with customers, overcame various difficulties, and supported and helped customers solve product shipment problems.

As the first workshop to resume production, the pressing workshop is the main force and vanguard of the company's production this time, undertaking the production of many spherical tank projects. The workshop personnel work 24 hours a day in a three-shift system to fully resume production. According to the project manager, the first batch of delivered products in this production is 18 storage tanks for the Sinopec Gulei Refinery project, followed by the completion of 17 spherical tanks for the Lianyungang Petrochemical project and one 6000m3 LPG spherical tank for Cambodia.
