Hongtu Company launches a new product: the barrier explosion-proof skid-mounted refueling device - integrated mini gas station.

The 50-cubic-meter barrier explosion-proof double-tank refueling device, designed and manufactured by Hongtu Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd., has obtained the test report from the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute and the explosion-proof certification from the Tianjin Explosion-proof Institute. This marks the official mass market launch of the "Hongtu brand" barrier explosion-proof double-tank refueling device. Currently, actual sales orders have been generated domestically.
With the deepening implementation of China's green environmental protection concept, the domestic market has shown a clear demand for barrier explosion-proof skid-mounted refueling devices. This device features a small footprint, easy installation, safety and reliability, economic practicality, convenient operation and easy maintenance, as well as environmental protection characteristics that prevent explosions and do not pollute the atmosphere or groundwater resources. It is particularly suitable for use in enterprises permitted by relevant government departments for self-use, temporary or fixed locations, docks, logistics companies, and gas station expansions; and existing national standards clearly stipulate the requirements for this device, providing a clear legal basis.
As early as 2009, Hongtu Company had already been involved in this product, focusing on the overseas market and successively exporting multiple batches of various models of skid-mounted refueling devices to countries in Africa and other regions.
Based on its own technological advantages and changes in domestic market demand, Hongtu Company launched the project and research and development of a barrier explosion-proof skid-mounted refueling device specifically for the domestic market in 2018. It passed the combustion test and product inspection under the supervision of the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, obtaining the test report from the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute and the explosion-proof certification from the Tianjin Explosion-proof Institute. This marks that the "Hongtu brand" barrier explosion-proof refueling device can be officially mass-produced and launched into the domestic market.

Hongtu's barrier explosion-proof skid-mounted refueling device integrates explosion-proof fuel tanks, fuel dispensers, oil vapor recovery devices, automatic fire extinguishers, and other components into a ground refueling device. The device is equipped with a high-level alarm liquid level gauge, emergency pressure relief valve, anti-overflow valve, automatic fire extinguishing device, and lightning protection and anti-static device, meeting different refueling methods. It complies with AQ 3002-2005 "Technical Requirements for Barrier Explosion-proof Skid-mounted Automobile Refueling (Gas) Devices" and GB50156-2012 (2014 edition) "Design and Construction Code for Automobile Refueling and Gas Stations". This device has all the functions of current small and medium-sized gas stations and is a product that is both explosion-proof and environmentally friendly.

1. Explosion-proof and Safe: The fuel tank adopts a double-layer structure with a barrier explosion-proof material filling the inner layer, ensuring the safety of the stored medium. Even in the event of unexpected situations such as open flames, static electricity, impact, lightning strikes, gunshots, or welding, no explosion will occur, ensuring the safety of the device; combustion tests ensure no emissions after burning for 1 hour;
2. Environmental Protection: The fuel tank is filled with barrier explosion-proof material to reduce the heat absorption and volatilization of oil products. The tank adopts a double-layer structure with a leak monitoring instrument in the interlayer to prevent oil leakage from causing environmental pollution;
3. Small Footprint: The device itself only occupies 20-50 square meters;
4. Short Installation Cycle: Easy installation, short construction time (1-3) days, low cost, standardized design, and easy to move;
5. Complete Functions: Can store two different types of oil products and can be equipped with two different fuel dispensers;
6. Anti-static: The device does not generate static electricity accumulation during the oil unloading process; 7. Standardized and Serialized: A series of products from 15m³ to 50m³ single and double tanks have been formed.
