National Safety Standard Technology Working Conference on Detonator Manufacturing Units Successfully Held at CIMC Enric

On September 28, 2019, the "National Safety Standard Technical Working Conference on Burst Disc Device Manufacturing Units" was successfully held at CIMC Raffles, hosted by the Mobile Pressure Vessel Subcommittee of the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the National Standardization Committee Mobile Subcommittee) and undertaken by CIMC Raffles Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd..

Attendees included Mr. Gao Jixuan, Deputy Director of the State Administration of Work Safety; Mr. Xu Feng, Director of the State Administration of Work Safety; Mr. Zhou Weiming, Secretary-General of the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization Committee Mobile Subcommittee; Ms. Hu Xiyu, Vice President of Shenyang Special Equipment Inspection Institute; Mr. Xiao Xuewen, Vice General Manager of CIMC Raffles Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; Mr. Yu Jianliang, General Manager of Dalian University of Technology Safety Equipment Co., Ltd.; Mr. Bian Jinbao, General Manager of Shanghai Huari Safety Equipment Co., Ltd.; and representatives from numerous other industry manufacturing companies.

This seminar focused on three main areas: dissemination and discussion of manufacturing license rules for burst disc devices; report on the requirements for type testing of burst disc devices and quality spot-check work; and the main revised content and suggestions for GB/T 567 "Burst Disc Safety Devices" and seven other national standards.

In the afternoon, the leaders and experts visited the company's production workshop and related products, accompanied by relevant personnel from CIMC Raffles.

At the end of the meeting, leaders including Mr. Gao Jixuan, Deputy Director of the State Administration of Work Safety; Mr. Xu Feng, Director of the State Administration of Work Safety; and Mr. Zhou Weiming, Secretary-General of the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization Committee Mobile Subcommittee, affirmed and summarized the discussions.

This conference promoted the revision of relevant national standards and played a significant role in the development of the industry.
