From February 13th to 15th, the second day after the Spring Festival holiday, Hongtu Company gathered all sales personnel for a three-day spring marketing training session. This aimed to provide impetus for the company's marketing strategy transformation and upgrade, and to encourage business personnel to strive in the market.

Company General Manager Zheng Zhijun attached great importance to this training. He not only detailed the key marketing work plan for the new year in his opening speech, but also dedicated an hour and a half to training on the systems and processes related to "Hongtu Company Customer Development and Maintenance." He emphasized that Hongtu Company has been part of CIMC for over ten years, and the company has undergone tremendous changes in various aspects, with Hongtu employees delivering a dedicated performance. As the company develops from products to value-chain solutions at a higher stage, Hongtu faces the important tasks of strategic adjustment and marketing transformation and upgrading. Especially in 2019, the domestic energy and chemical equipment market situation became even more severe. Faced with the new situation, new normalcy, and new business models in market development, Hongtu must gather internal and external resources and actively explore new marketing strategic directions.

2019 will be a fulfilling and challenging year for Hongtu, but Hongtu's new navigational markers are clearly visible. Although the economic and market conditions remain complex, we firmly believe that the development prospects are full of hope! The three-day training course was very intensive. In addition to the technical and sales managers of the eight business units providing intensive product knowledge training and market development business training, the program also included experience sharing from top sales performers of the year, as well as training on legal and financial risk control. Unlike in previous years, this year, the enthusiasm of the business personnel participating in the training was even higher. After the market analysis and mobilization by General Manager Zheng Zhijun and Li Qiang, Deputy General Manager of the Marketing Center, the business personnel felt a stronger sense of urgency in market development. Opportunities lie within challenges, and pressure stimulates greater motivation. Hongtu's new marketing momentum is poised to surpass expectations for a more exciting 2019.
