On April 15, 2025, CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company's Albania buried tank project welcomed a significant exchange event. H.E. Pang Chunxue, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Albania, and Zheng Zhenling, Commercial Counselor, visited the site of the four 4500m³ LPG buried tanks project in Albania constructed by Jingmen Hongtu Company for an on-site inspection and investigation. They were warmly received by Orledia Bare, General Manager of the client, Indrit, Deputy General Manager, and Yuan Yejun, project manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company. 
That day, "CIMC Hongtu" flags fluttered in the wind at the project site. Yuan Yejun, project manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, introduced the project's construction process. With the full cooperation of the client, the project team officially entered the site for installation at the end of October 2023 and successfully completed the project by the end of March 2025, taking 10 months. All members of the project team worked day and night, overcoming difficulties, and completed all construction work ahead of schedule. From the beginning of the project, facing the dual challenges of complex geological conditions in Albania and international technical standards, the Jingmen Hongtu project team conducted in-depth surveys and repeated verifications to develop the optimal construction plan. During the construction period, they overcame many unfavorable factors, such as material supply, rationally allocated resources, and innovated construction management models to ensure the steady progress of the project. The four 4500m³ LPG buried tanks were successfully completed. Orledia Bare, General Manager of the client, said: "This project carries the expectations of Albania's energy upgrade. The participation of Chinese companies has brought advanced technology and high efficiency. The project's performance indicators far exceeded expectations and perfectly fit Albania's energy strategy. After completion, the project will reverse the predicament of insufficient LPG storage in Albania, laying a solid foundation for the stability of energy supply and benefiting thousands of people." 
Afterwards, the ambassador's delegation visited the project site. The four huge buried tanks were imposing, and the protective coating on the tank surface shimmered in the sunlight. Yuan Yejun introduced: "The buried tanks are manufactured and installed according to ASME standards, and with a unique structural design, they can not only withstand the changeable climate erosion of the local area, but also ensure the high stability and safety of LPG storage." 
Ambassador Pang Chunxue walked along the tank area path, carefully examining every detail, and repeatedly inquired about the operational preparations. She gave high praise to the project's quality and social benefits: "This is a story of builders from China and Albania working together. Jingmen Hongtu has created an excellent project with superb craftsmanship and perseverance, demonstrating the excellent technical strength of Chinese enterprises, effectively promoting the development of Albania's energy infrastructure, laying a solid foundation for the continuous deepening of bilateral friendly relations, and becoming a model of bilateral economic and trade cooperation. The embassy will continue to escort the project's progress and China-Albania economic and trade exchanges." Commercial Counselor Zheng Zhenling also affirmed the project's commercial value and development potential from a professional perspective and encouraged the company to further expand its market. 
This visit by the ambassador's delegation has injected new impetus into Jingmen Hongtu Company's Albania project. The successful completion of the Albania buried tank project marks the successful establishment of a solid cooperation bridge between China and Albania in the field of energy infrastructure, and shows the world the vigorous growth of China-Albania friendship in practical cooperation. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
