On April 19th, the "Process Equipment Technology Development Dynamics and School-Enterprise Collaborative Education and Training under the Background of Industry-Education Integration Seminar" was successfully held at Jingmen Hongtu Company, hosted by the Virtual Teaching and Research Office of Process Equipment Design Courses of the Ministry of Education and the Executive Committee of the China University Students' Mechanical Engineering Innovation and Creativity Competition Process Equipment Practice and Innovation Competition, and undertaken by Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric. This seminar adopted an "online + offline" combined approach, attracting more than 300 participants, including key members of the Ministry of Education's virtual teaching and research office for process equipment design courses, teachers and students from process equipment and control engineering majors in universities across the country, and industry peers from related enterprises. It provided an important platform for promoting technological innovation in the process equipment field and school-enterprise collaborative innovation talent cultivation.

The meeting was chaired by Xiao Xuewen, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of Jingmen Hongtu Company. At the meeting, Professor Hu Zhaoji of Nanchang University, head of the Ministry of Education's virtual teaching and research office for the "Process Equipment Design" course, and chairman of the executive committee of the China University Students' Mechanical Engineering Innovation and Creativity Competition Process Equipment Practice and Innovation Competition, delivered a speech on behalf of the organizers. Professor Hu elaborated on the significance of this seminar in promoting industry-education integration, promoting disciplinary development, and cultivating high-quality talents who meet the needs of the industry. He pointed out that China's manufacturing industry is accelerating its transformation towards intelligence, green development, and high-end development, and that process equipment technological innovation is the key driving force for industrial upgrading. This seminar invited experts from universities and enterprises to share research results on cutting-edge process equipment technologies, helping universities to grasp industry trends and integrate them into education and teaching. Through "school-enterprise collaborative education and training," it deepens industry-education integration and achieves organic integration of the education chain and the industrial chain.

In the session on the development dynamics of process equipment technology, industry experts such as Professor Tan Wei from Tianjin University, Professor Gao Zengliang from Zhejiang University of Technology, and Professor Hui Hu from East China University of Science and Technology, gave in-depth presentations on cutting-edge topics such as "Evaluation and Control Technology of Flow-Induced Vibration Damage of Large Heat Exchangers," "Wind-Vibration Fatigue Design and Intelligent Vibration Reduction Technology of Tall Equipment," and "Development Dynamics and Revision of GB150 Pressure Vessel Code Standard." Combining research results with industry practice, the experts analyzed technical difficulties and development trends, providing participants with a feast of knowledge and providing important references for companies such as Jingmen Hongtu in terms of technological research and development directions.

In the special discussion session on school-enterprise collaborative education and training under the background of industry-education integration, Professor Xu Hong, chief scientist of Wuxi Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. and professor at East China University of Science and Technology, gave a presentation on the theme of "School-enterprise Collaborative Education and Training under the Background of Industry-Education Integration." He conducted an in-depth analysis of the current status and challenges of industry-education integration and effective solutions, sharing successful cases and valuable experience in school-enterprise collaborative education and training. He emphasized the importance of closely integrating enterprise needs with university teaching, providing new ideas for both schools and enterprises in terms of innovation in talent cultivation models.

Afterwards, the participants visited the Jingmen Hongtu production workshop for on-site visits and exchanges. They observed the company's intelligent production line and superb manufacturing processes, experiencing firsthand the company's strong strength in technological innovation and production practice. The series of innovative achievements and advanced technologies displayed in the company's workshop provided new references for experts in practical teaching and scientific research directions.

After the visit, Professor Hu Zhaoji gave a detailed introduction to the concept and achievements of the China University Students' Process Equipment Practice and Innovation Competition, emphasizing the importance of promoting learning and innovation through competitions for talent cultivation. He encouraged university students to actively participate in the competition, improving their professional skills and comprehensive qualities through practical innovation.

In the subsequent school-enterprise cooperation symposium and exchange, the parties discussed issues such as talent cultivation, scientific research cooperation, and curriculum construction, jointly exploring more effective school-enterprise collaborative education and training models and putting forward many constructive suggestions for deepening industry-education integration.
