On March 14, Jingmen Hongtu Company, a subsidiary of CIMC Anrui, successfully held its eighth "Kangsheng-Hongtu Cup" Quality Improvement Achievement Presentation and Commendation Conference. The conference commended outstanding contributors in product research and development and innovation, as well as customers and personnel who provided excellent improvement suggestions for the company's products. This event not only showcased the results of cooperation but also provided a strong outlook for continued deepening of cooperation and improvement of product and service quality. Wang Wei, Chairman of Zibo Kangsheng Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., Li Honggang, Deputy General Manager, and Tu Xiaohong, General Manager of Hongtu Company, attended the meeting, along with leaders from the business unit and operations department, and representatives from various workshops.

Steady advancement in product quality requires the deep participation and concerted efforts of all staff. Since its launch, this event has received enthusiastic participation from customers and employees from various departments, receiving a total of 59 quality improvement topics and 77 rationalization suggestions. Six quality topics were initially selected for presentation and evaluation at this event.

Chen Xiaolong from the Production Technology Department, Zhang Zicheng from the Tank Capacity R&D Department, Xiao Qiang from the Trailer Workshop, Fu Jianping from the Quality Management Department, Zhu Dongdong from the Chemical Container Workshop, and Li Jingyu from the Engineering R&D Department respectively shared their topics on: "Application of Automation in LPG Tanker Production", "Lightweight and Structural Optimization of LPG Tankers", "Eliminating Isosceles Errors in Hanser Models", "Establishing High Standards for Weld Appearance Quality to Lead Industry Development", "Improvement in Thick Plate Welding Quality", and "Application of Automation in Key Processes and Intelligent Control of Core Products".

In 2024, the company comprehensively promoted the construction of a lean management system and won several awards at the group's and holding company's lean management release conference. At the conference, Li Falin, Manufacturing Technology Director and Deputy General Manager of the Manufacturing Center, presented the topic "Lean "Ball" Precision, "Tank" Army Products—Building a Champion Product Lean Demonstration Line". He Shuang from the Customer Service Center hosted the release of the Customer Excellent Improvement Suggestions and Marketing and After-Sales Service Excellent Improvement Proposal Awards.

To further promote quality culture and enhance the quality awareness of all employees, the conference also invited He Zhou, the first-place winner, and Shao Qiuxia, the second-place winner, of the "Hongtu Quality Story" speech contest, to share their inspiring stories.

After the presentations, Chairman Wang of Zibo Kangsheng awarded the first-place winners of the improvement topics, and General Manager Li awarded the employees who received the commemorative awards for their presentations; General Manager Tu of Hongtu Company awarded Wang Wei, Chairman of Zibo Kangsheng Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., the Customer Excellent Improvement Suggestion Special Contribution Award. Encouragement awards for topic improvement, marketing and after-sales service improvement proposals, and special awards were also presented at the conference.

Following the awards ceremony, Wang Wei, Chairman of Zibo Kangsheng Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., delivered a speech. He stated that continuous quality improvement is the key to our success in standing out and maintaining a leading position in the fierce market competition. With "reverence for quality and persistence in safety," Kangsheng and Hongtu have been working together for 23 years. The successful holding of the "Kangsheng-Hongtu" Cup has witnessed the implementation of a series of quality improvement measures. In the future, Kangsheng will continue to work with Hongtu, driven by innovation and guaranteed by quality, to explore more possibilities. We expect Hongtu to continuously optimize product performance and improve service quality in each delivery, making "safety guardians" more intelligent, efficient, and reliable, contributing to the prosperous development of the logistics industry and the growth of China's equipment manufacturing industry.

Finally, Tu Xiaohong, General Manager of Hongtu Company, delivered a summary speech. General Manager Tu first extended a warm welcome to Chairman Wang and his team from Kangsheng.
