Recently, Jingmen Hongtu Company, a subsidiary of CIMC Enric, held its 2025 "March 15 Quality Commitment Day" event. All company employees gathered together to focus on improving product quality, demonstrating Hongtu's commitment to quality. The event was hosted by Ye Tao, Deputy General Manager of Quality Control. 
At the beginning of the event, Tu Xiaohong, General Manager of Hongtu Company, delivered a speech. She emphasized that quality is not only the foundation of a company's survival but also the cornerstone of its vigorous development. As a special equipment manufacturing enterprise, we shoulder the important responsibility of safeguarding people's lives and property. Every employee should always be in awe and strictly control quality. Over the past year, we have continuously strengthened quality awareness, improved the management system, leveraged technological empowerment, and upheld the concept of honest operation, steadily improving brand influence. 2025 is the company's "International Innovation Business Breakthrough Year." We hope that all employees will take the "March 15 Quality Commitment Day" event as an opportunity, with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, to work together from their own positions, teams, and details to jointly manage quality. Using excellent quality as a weapon, we will explore overseas markets and continuously provide customers with safe, exquisite, and intelligent high-quality products, working together to create a brilliant future for the company. 
Following this, representatives from the quality, technology, production, procurement, manufacturing, and engineering departments solemnly read the quality commitment in front of the Hongtu quality logo. This commitment, carrying the commitment of all employees to quality, carries great weight. Their oaths will surely translate into practical actions, using a meticulous attitude to create high-quality products and considerate services for consumers. 
Only when every employee deeply integrates quality awareness into their blood and puts it into practice can product quality achieve a qualitative leap.
Subsequently, 17 units from 7 functional departments and 10 production workshops in the company successively and orderly signed the commitment letter. Each department also organized its employees to sign in relay, with department managers taking turns to present the quality commitment letter embodying the team's determination to the company. 
To inspire the fighting spirit of all employees, establish quality benchmark models, promote the participation of all employees in quality management, and improve product competitiveness, the company commended the outstanding "Annual Quality Role Models." Fu Rongming, the company's deputy general manager, awarded them the "Quality Role Model Badge." Meng Hua, the company's general manager assistant, awarded the "Annual Quality Management Excellent Team" with the "Flowing Red Flag." Tu Xiaohong, the company's general manager, awarded the artisan representatives of Hongtu's welding level with a gold nameplate of the exclusive "Excellent Level".
Xiao Xuewen, the company's deputy general manager, led all employees in reciting the quality commitment of "Do not accept defective products, do not produce defective products, do not deliver defective products." The impassioned voice of commitment echoed in the sky above Hongtu Company. This oath is not a mere formality but a heavy responsibility for quality and a solemn commitment to upholding quality. 
At the end of the event, all employees watched the quality regulations knowledge displayed on the display stand and signed on the quality commitment banner. 
Quality is the lifeline of a company's vigorous development and also the company's social responsibility. In the face of fierce market competition, only with excellent quality can we win customer trust and seize market dominance. The holding of this quality event demonstrates Hongtu Company's high attention to product quality and its firm determination to pursue excellence and continuous improvement. On April 30, Li Zhongjiang, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Anrui, who was awarded the title of "National Labor Model", returned home in glory. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. This is not only a brilliant medal in Li Zhongjiang's personal career, but also the supreme glory in the development history of Jingmen Hongtu!
To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time". Through the combination of red education and team building interaction, it guided young employees to commemorate revolutionary martyrs, build consensus, and inspire innovation and vitality, resonating with the company's development.
