Jingmen Hongtu helps the Hukou Port LNG refueling station officially put into operation, opening a new journey for green shipping

Recently, with the strong support and close cooperation of the Hong Kong and Macao shipping and maritime departments, Jiujiang City Transportation and Development Group's Hukou Port LNG bunkering station successfully completed the LNG fuel bunkering operation for the Hangyuan 1001 vessel, marking the official operation of the bunkering station. CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu, as a key equipment supplier in this bunkering process, has made significant contributions to the green transformation of the Yangtze River shipping industry with its excellent products and advanced technology. 
With the increasing global emphasis on environmental protection, the shipping industry, as an important transportation sector, is also actively seeking cleaner and more efficient energy solutions. Against this backdrop, the construction of the Hukou Port LNG bunkering station came into being.

The Hukou Port LNG bunkering station is one of the 45 LNG bunkering terminals planned along the Yangtze River main line and also the first LNG bunkering terminal in Jiangxi Province. The bunkering station adopts an integrated construction method combining LNG bunkering stations and water refueling stations, with a designed annual throughput of 19,100 tons, including 11,000 tons of LNG and 8,100 tons of diesel. In this bunkering operation, the LNG barge bunkering system and the fuel tanks of the LNG fuel vessel were all provided by Jingmen Hongtu. To ensure smooth and safe bunkering, the Jingmen Hongtu service team and the owner conducted sufficient preparation and rigorous operation, successfully bunkering 7.9 tons of LNG gas to the Hangyuan 1001 vessel. The entire bunkering process was smooth and orderly, with close coordination between various links, fully demonstrating the reliability and timeliness of Jingmen Hongtu's ship tank products. 
The successful completion of this bunkering operation further verifies Jingmen Hongtu's ability to provide comprehensive solutions in the waterborne LNG application industry chain. In the future, Jingmen Hongtu will continue to be committed to the development of green shipping, providing clean energy solutions for the shipping industry, helping the shipping industry achieve low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and sustainable development goals, and practically implementing the development concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".

On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
