On January 10, Jingmen Hongtu Special Purpose Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CIMC Enric, successfully launched the largest 51.51m³ anhydrous ammonia semi-trailer in China, making a major breakthrough in the field of anhydrous ammonia transportation equipment and once again demonstrating its excellent technical strength and superb manufacturing process.

This new anhydrous ammonia semi-trailer has a light weight and large loading capacity. Its net weight is only 12.66 tons, and the maximum loading capacity can reach 27.3 tons. Compared with similar domestic models, the transportation efficiency has been significantly improved, truly achieving faster and more efficient transportation. Its innovative design is ingenious, using advanced SAD stress analysis design and selecting new materials. This reduces the wall thickness and cost of the tank without reducing the structural strength and stability. Key structural components, such as the V-beam and pin seat, have undergone rigorous local stress analysis design to ensure vehicle safety under various operating conditions.

In addition, Jingmen Hongtu spared no effort in detail refinement. The internal components of the tank are comprehensively designed for lightweight, and supplemented by special surface treatment of the materials to ensure that the inside of the tank is clean and free of impurities. This effectively avoids potential risks to anhydrous ammonia transportation caused by impurities such as rust, ensuring pure transportation throughout the process. At the same time, by carefully optimizing the center of gravity of the tank truck, the lateral stability of the tank truck is greatly enhanced, further strengthening the safety line during transportation.

More importantly, this new anhydrous ammonia semi-trailer can bring customers an increase in net profit of about 1 million yuan over its entire life cycle compared to older products. With a larger loading capacity and lighter weight, combined with the low fuel consumption and high residual value achieved through optimized design, the economic benefits are very significant.
