June this year marks the 23rd National Safety Production Month. Zhongji Anruike's Jingmen Hongtu Company, under the theme of "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Keeping Life Channels Open," carried out a series of effective activities to promote the group's HSE philosophy of "Legal Compliance, Safety and Health, Green Operation." This mobilized the entire company to participate in safety production and environmental protection, continuously improving the safety awareness, environmental protection awareness, and emergency response capabilities of all employees.

Safety work has been fully launched, writing a new chapter in safety with action.

On June 3rd, Hongtu Company held a launch meeting for "Safety Production Month." Led by General Manager Zheng, all personnel signed a banner, strengthening employee safety awareness and responsibility through a "signed commitment" to ensure the smooth achievement of the company's annual safety production goals.

General Manager Zheng Zhijun delivered a keynote speech at the Safety Production Month event. He stated that we must treat safety with utmost caution, always maintaining a high degree of vigilance and keeping the safety production string taut. The 2024 Safety Production Month has begun, and we will use this event as an opportunity to further strengthen our awareness of red lines, build a bottom-line mindset, implement precise policies to address difficulties, and work tirelessly to ensure safety, striving to push safety production work to a new level and provide strong safety guarantees for our company's all-around high-quality development.

To further strengthen the safety management of engineering projects, a project site Safety Production Month launch ceremony was held at the construction site of the Wanglong Technology Co., Ltd. spherical tank project in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Project Manager Chen Rui led the attendees in a safety oath and they watched the safety education video "Safety Production—Responsibility on Our Shoulders." To improve emergency response capabilities, the project site also conducted emergency drills for electric shock accidents.

Hongtu Company's Deputy General Manager Fu Rongming led a team to inspect and guide the implementation of safety and civilized construction measures at the project site. He stated that safety production is paramount. We must strengthen safety education at the construction site, effectively enhance the safety awareness of employees, and conduct targeted emergency drills. At the same time, we will strengthen risk control in project site safety production, conduct in-depth investigations to prevent risks, eliminate hidden dangers, and ensure safety. We will firmly implement safety production responsibilities at all levels, strictly implement the safety production responsibility system for all employees, and ensure that safety management and hidden danger investigation and rectification take root, safeguarding the smooth progress of the project.

Safety production is paramount! To create a good atmosphere for safety production, the company carefully planned and carried out a variety of competition and evaluation activities. In the competition and evaluation, employees integrated safety knowledge into practice, allowing safety awareness to take root in their hearts. This is not only a contest of knowledge and skills but also a practice of safety commitment. Through these activities, every employee is encouraged to become a guardian of safety, laying a solid foundation for the stable development of the enterprise. Nearly 1,000 people participated in the competition and answered questions, which played a good role in widely disseminating safety knowledge and skills in the company.

Conducting specialized training and emergency drills to strengthen safety awareness.

To encourage all employees to consciously improve their safety operation awareness and skills and comprehensively improve the company's ability to respond to emergencies and risks, the company actively carried out emergency drills, traffic safety knowledge training, life channel training, training on the ten safety prohibitions, and firefighting skills competitions. Hongtu Company organized 14 emergency drills, including fire emergency escape drills for the warehousing department and marketing management center, confined space drills for the LPG tanker workshop and repair workshop, and heatstroke drills for the trailer workshop, covering all employees. Through the firefighting skills competition, employees enthusiastically participated, enabling them to master various firefighting skills and improve their ability to deal with fire emergencies. It is hoped that this will serve as an opportunity to deepen safety awareness, tighten the safety production string, effectively carry out fire safety prevention work, and strive to contribute to and protect the high-quality development of Hongtu Company.

In addition, the company invited the Duodao District Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment to give a special lecture on traffic safety, themed "Civilized Compliance—Safe Return Home." The lecture detailed driving safety precautions, analysis of the causes of traffic accidents, and safe driving behaviors. By showing several typical accident cases and traffic accident scene photos from various places, the lecture used easy-to-understand language to illustrate from multiple perspectives the dangers of various serious traffic violations, introduced knowledge of road traffic safety laws and regulations and safe driving precautions, and detailed methods and measures for reducing and handling road traffic accidents, warning drivers to learn from lessons, strengthen their safety and legal awareness, and develop good traffic safety habits.

On-site inspections in other locations to strengthen safety supervision.

On June 18th, Hongtu Company General Manager Zheng Zhijun led a team to conduct a safety inspection and high-temperature慰问 (this word is difficult to translate directly and accurately without more context; it implies a visit to show care and concern for workers in hot conditions) at the spherical tank installation project site. General Manager Zheng conducted an in-depth inspection of risk identification and control, hidden danger investigation and governance, high-altitude operations, and signage standards. He also required the project manager to care for frontline workers, implement heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, arrange work time scientifically and reasonably, and focus on logistical support to ensure the physical and mental health and safety of each worker. By conducting high-quality, strictly supervised inspections, effective support was provided for the comprehensive implementation of engineering site management reforms and the elimination of safety risks and hidden dangers. Hongtu Company will use this "inspection" action as an opportunity to strengthen safety supervision and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of Hongtu projects.

Awarding excellent individuals to establish learning models.

After the group issued a notice on the safety knowledge and environmental protection competition, Hongtu Company responded actively and quickly organized personnel to participate in the safety and environmental protection knowledge competition. Two contestants, Li Qingyun from the Safety Lean Department and Su Xiao from the Trailer Workshop, were selected from the top-ranked contestants in the preliminary round to represent the company in the group finals, achieving first place in the first group safety and environmental protection knowledge competition among 16 groups from various sections of the group.

To create an atmosphere of all-employee participation in lean improvement, advocate for all-employee participation in safety management, jointly create a safe working environment, practice the concept of green development, and build a green culture, the company held the 2024 "Dangerous Hidden Danger Proposal Presentation Meeting." Excellent safety improvement and safety knowledge publicity works were solicited from the entire company, and eight proposals finally stood out from many excellent proposals and works, covering a variety of topics including safety improvement, efficiency improvement, design optimization, and occupational health protection.

Safety is paramount; responsibility is weighty. In the future, Hongtu Company will continue to promote and implement the annual safety production month activities, so that the concept of safe development and awareness of safety laws and regulations will be more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
