Gathering Strength for Progress and Inspiring Responsibility and Action - Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric Held a Celebration for the 103rd Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China and an "Advanced and Excellent" Commendation Conference

On July 1st, representatives of the Communist Party of China from Jingmen Hongtu Company, a subsidiary of CIMC Enric, gathered together to celebrate the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The event recognized outstanding collectives and individuals from the "Creating Excellence" campaign launched by the company's Party committee in 2023. This event aimed to guide Party organizations at all levels and Party members to remain true to their original aspirations, remember their mission, and strive for excellence. The meeting was attended by Zheng Zhijun, Party Secretary and General Manager; Party committee members; branch secretaries; commended Party members; prospective Party members; and relevant personnel. The meeting was chaired by Ji Yuan, the Party committee's organizational committee member.
The conference began with the playing of the national anthem. Under the leadership of Comrade Tang Xiaoming, secretary of the Manufacturing Center Party branch, all Party members and cadres solemnly stood before the Party flag and renewed their oath, reflecting on the spirit of unity, self-reliance, selfless dedication, and arduous struggle of the War of Resistance.
Comrade Xu Lei, member of the Party Committee's Youth Committee, read out the "Decision on Commendation of Advanced Party Branches, Outstanding Communist Party Members, and Outstanding Party Workers in 2023." At the commendation ceremony, Zheng Zhijun, Party Secretary; Tu Xiaohong, Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee; and Xu Lei, member of the Party Committee's Youth Committee, presented certificates to the recipients of the 2023 awards for advanced Party branches, outstanding Party workers, and outstanding Communist Party members. 
The company awarded the Manufacturing Center Party branch and the Tank Capacity Business Department Party branch as "2023 Advanced Party Branches." Liu Zeming and Tang Xiaoming were awarded "2023 Outstanding Party Workers," and Ji Xiongjian, Yang Qingjun, Wang Haixiang, Zeng Qiang, Liu Shaobo, Liu Purong, Lin Wende, Wu Chengchao, and 17 other comrades were awarded "2023 Outstanding Communist Party Members."
Subsequently, Tang Xiaoming, secretary of the Manufacturing Center Party branch; Shao Qiuxia, from the Technology Center Party branch; and Jiang Zhenghong, from the Manufacturing Center Party branch, spoke on behalf of the "advanced Party branch," "outstanding Party members," and "prospective Party members," respectively. They stated that they would use the advanced individuals as role models, learning from, catching up with, and surpassing them. They would use the commendation meeting as motivation, combining it with their actual work goals, to perform their duties well and promote the safe, healthy, and orderly progress of the company's various tasks, reaching new heights. 
Finally, Zheng Zhijun, Party Secretary of Jingmen Hongtu Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd., delivered an important speech. He first extended festival greetings to all Party members of the company and congratulated the commended advanced collectives and individuals. Secretary Zheng pointed out that all Party members and cadres should always keep in mind that development is the primary task. They should focus on the company's central work, fully exert the leading role of the Party organization and the exemplary role of Party members, and promote new breakthroughs in market development, technological innovation, and management improvement. They should strengthen talent team building, care for employees, and unite the strong forces to promote the company's development. Every Party member and cadre should always be far-sighted, prepared for danger in times of peace, remain true to their original aspirations, remember their mission, and work with greater enthusiasm, greater fighting spirit, and a more pragmatic style to promote the high-quality development of the company!

On May 11, the Hongtu Leading Wings Program, a technical talent development project of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, was officially launched, and the first centralized learning session was held. This training was conducted by Meng Qinghao, assistant to the dean of CIMC Academy, and Wu Yameng, product manager of leadership, and Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Hongtu Company, participated in the training of 25 technical backbones.
On April 30, Li Zhongjiang, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Anrui, who was awarded the title of "National Labor Model", returned home in glory. Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, led the leadership team, manufacturing center heads, workshop production managers, representatives of front-line employees, and representatives of functional departments to warmly welcome him back to the company.
On the afternoon of April 28, the opening ceremony of the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-collar Workers" customized training program jointly organized by CIMC Group and Jingmen Vocational College was successfully held. Attendees included He Jin, General Manager of Human Resources Department of CIMC Group; You Hongmei, BP Manager of Human Resources Department of CIMC Group; Meng Hua, Assistant General Manager of Jingmen Hongtu Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; Zhao Jun, Deputy Director and Inspector of Jingmen Municipal Education Bureau; Zou Hao, Party Secretary of Jingmen Vocational College; Li Li, President of Jingmen Vocational College; representatives from CIMC Tianda Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.; college leaders and teachers; and all students of the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-collar Workers" program. The ceremony was presided over by Li Li, Senior Human Resources Manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company.
On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. This is not only a brilliant medal in Li Zhongjiang's personal career, but also the supreme glory in the development history of Jingmen Hongtu!
To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time". Through the combination of red education and team building interaction, it guided young employees to commemorate revolutionary martyrs, build consensus, and inspire innovation and vitality, resonating with the company's development.
