June 2024 marks the 23rd National Safety Production Month in China, with the theme "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies - Keeping Life Channels Open". On the morning of June 3rd, Jingmen Hongtu Company, a subsidiary of CIMC Enric, held a launch ceremony for its "Safety Production Month" activities. Company leaders, business unit and center leaders, department managers, and all personnel from the manufacturing management center attended the launch ceremony.

The launch ceremony was presided over by Dai Wencheng, deputy manager of the Safety Lean Department, who released the Hongtu Company 2024 "Safety Production Month" series of activity plans.

Zheng Zhijun, general manager of the company, delivered a keynote speech on the Safety Production Month activities. He stated that we must treat safety with utmost caution, always maintaining a high degree of vigilance and keeping the safety production string taut. We must uphold the Group's HSE philosophy of "Legal Compliance, Safety and Health, Green Operation", implementing safety production responsibilities throughout the entire production and operation process, with everyone participating to continuously improve the safety awareness and capabilities of all employees; production workshops and engineering project sites must comprehensively carry out hidden danger investigation and governance, strengthen the supervision of engineering projects, implement the 9+8 safety management system and on-site 5S work at the project site, and create a benchmark for engineering project safety management. The curtain has been raised on the 2024 Safety Production Month, and we will use this activity as an opportunity to further strengthen our awareness of red lines, establish a bottom-line thinking, implement precise policies to tackle difficulties, and work tirelessly to ensure safety, striving to push safety production work to a new level, providing strong safety guarantees for our company's all-round promotion of high-quality development.

Xiao Xuewen, the company's deputy general manager and deputy director of the HSE Management Committee's on-site manufacturing HSE management subcommittee, led all personnel in taking the safety oath of the person in charge.

Following this, all participants, led by General Manager Zheng, signed their names on the oath banner of the Safety Month theme publicity activity, using "signature commitment" to strengthen employees' safety awareness and responsibility, ensuring that the company's annual safety production goals are successfully achieved.

To further strengthen the safety management of engineering project sites, on May 31st, a project site safety production month launch ceremony was held at the construction site of the Wanglong Technology Co., Ltd. spherical tank project in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Leaders from multiple units, including Zhejiang Ningbo Wanglong Technology Co., Ltd., the supervisory unit, the project department, and the construction unit, attended the event.

Fu Rongming, deputy general manager of Jingmen Hongtu and deputy director of the HSE management subcommittee for engineering business sites, delivered a mobilization speech. He stated that safety production is paramount, and we must strengthen safety education at construction sites, effectively enhancing the safety awareness of employees, and focusing on targeted emergency drills. At the same time, we must strengthen risk control in project site safety production, conduct in-depth investigations and rectifications to prevent risks, eliminate hidden dangers, and ensure safety, and layer by layer tighten and consolidate safety production responsibilities, strictly implement the safety production responsibility system for all employees, ensuring that safety management and hidden danger investigation and rectification take root step by step, providing escort for the smooth progress of the project.

Shi, director of the safety and environmental protection department of Zhejiang Ningbo Wanglong Technology Co., Ltd., pointed out that safety production is the lifeline of enterprise development and the guarantee of the life safety of every employee.
