A new year dawns, bringing new beginnings. On January 31st, with much anticipation, Jingmen Hongtu Company, a subsidiary of CIMC Enric, held its 2023 Annual Work Commendation and 2024 New Year's Gala. With joyful hearts, company leaders and over 400 key employees from various departments gathered together to review the hard-fought year of 2023 and look forward to a brilliant 2024.
The spectacular gala officially commenced with an inspiring opening drum performance, filled with festive cheer and a strong sense of the New Year. The event showcased "Our 2023" and "Top Ten Company Events of 2023," reviewing the company's achievements of the past year.
Following this, General Manager Zheng Zhijun delivered an enthusiastic New Year's address. Mr. Zheng expressed his sincere gratitude for everyone's hard work over the past year and expressed high praise for the company's achievements. Building on a solid foundation and moving steadily forward, in 2023, facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities, we remained steadfast, persevered, and all Hongtu people worked tirelessly, ensuring the company's stable operation. The company's scale has exceeded 2 billion yuan for three consecutive years. This is a reward for our hard work, a medal for our efforts. Looking forward to 2024, we hope that all employees will work with passion, courage, and determination to create even greater achievements.
Behind the remarkable achievements lies the dedication of those working diligently at their posts. Behind each prestigious honor lies a transformative journey of growth. In the following commendation session, 17 outstanding performance teams and 41 project teams were commended; the meeting also commended 35 outstanding employees, including the "Top Ten Pioneers," "Top Ten Grassroots Management Awards," and "Progress Awards" of Jingmen Hongtu Company in 2023; and showcased the list of Lean & HSE award winners at the group and sector levels in 2023.

At the event, Mr. Zheng and the senior management team toasted with employees at each table, sharing hopes for a brighter future.
Employee-produced performances repeatedly brought the gala to a climax. Employees from various departments showcased their talents through song and dance. The dances "Dangerous Party" and "Looking to Youth, Towards the Future," the poetry recitation "I'm Proud, I'm a Hongtu Person," the song medley "Youth Mainstream," and the skit "Hongtu's Voice—Past, Present, and Future," demonstrated the diverse forms and rich content of the performances, showcasing not only the vitality of youth but also the positive and upward spirit of Hongtu employees.
The much-anticipated lottery draw naturally added to the laughter and joy. Whenever the screen started scrolling through photos, everyone was both excited and nervous; when the winners were announced, the scene erupted in cheers. Those who didn't win stamped their feet in regret, while the lucky winners cheered joyfully.

With the music of "A Brighter Tomorrow" playing, the four-hour New Year's Gala came to a successful conclusion! 2024 is Hongtu Company's "Year of Breakthrough in Digital Intelligence." We will meet new challenges with greater enthusiasm and determination, continuing to break through in technological innovation, intelligent manufacturing, and digitalization. With strong winds on our journey and heavy responsibilities on our shoulders, Hongtu will surely create new achievements and write new chapters in the application of clean energy.

On April 30, Li Zhongjiang, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Anrui, who was awarded the title of "National Labor Model", returned home in glory. Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, led the leadership team, manufacturing center heads, workshop production managers, representatives of front-line employees, and representatives of functional departments to warmly welcome him back to the company.
On the afternoon of April 28, the opening ceremony of the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-collar Workers" customized training program jointly organized by CIMC Group and Jingmen Vocational College was successfully held. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. This is not only a brilliant medal in Li Zhongjiang's personal career, but also the supreme glory in the development history of Jingmen Hongtu!
To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time". Through the combination of red education and team building interaction, it guided young employees to commemorate revolutionary martyrs, build consensus, and inspire innovation and vitality, resonating with the company's development.
