On June 20, Lu Junfeng, Deputy Director of the Jingmen Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, led Fan Youping, Deputy Director of the Jingzhou Market Supervision Bureau, and a group of more than 30 enterprise leaders from Jingzhou City to visit and learn from Jingmen Hongtu. Fan Cheng, Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager of the Operation Management Center of Hongtu Company, and Ye Tao, Deputy Director of Quality Control and Senior Manager of the Quality Management Department, and other leaders warmly received them.
During the visit to the exhibition hall, Mr. Fan introduced the company's product types, qualifications and honors, technological advantages, and overseas projects to the leaders, and led them to view models of LPG and LNG transport vehicles and spherical tanks produced by Hongtu Company. In the big data center, they viewed the Hongtu Green Manufacturing Management Platform, the LPG Tank Truck Manufacturing Management Platform with pumps, and the Smart Construction Site & HSE Digital Management Platform.
Subsequently, the leaders went deep into the workshop and visited the company's cryogenic production line, LPG tank truck intelligent production line, welding laboratory, and Li Zhongjiang Master Studio, further understanding the company's actions in production and manufacturing, on-site lean management, and skilled personnel training.
Achieving excellence requires not only excellent organizational capabilities but also mastering scientific paths and methods. Excellent performance management, as an internationally recognized advanced management tool, is a "roadmap" to help enterprises achieve excellence, an important measure to promote the implementation of enterprise strategic goals, and an effective way to promote high-quality and sustainable development of enterprises.
At the exchange meeting, Ye Tao, Deputy Director of Quality Control and Senior Manager of the Quality Management Department, gave a report on "Sharing the Practice of Excellent Operation System," detailing the company's overview, excellent performance operation management model, quality management improvement, and award application experience and insights. He stated that since the introduction of the excellent performance management model in 2012, Jingmen Hongtu has shaped an excellent culture, continuously improved management, created a new era of high-quality development for Hongtu, and achieved transformation and upgrading from a traditional manufacturing enterprise to a manufacturing service and innovation-oriented enterprise. With the joint efforts of all employees, it won the "Jingmen Municipal Mayor's Quality Award" in 2013, the "Hubei Provincial Governor's Quality Award Nomination Award" in 2019, and the "Hubei Provincial Governor's Quality Award" in 2022. After ten years of hard work, Jingmen Hongtu has been striving on the road to excellence, and this award further verifies the company's phased victory in promoting high-quality development of enterprises in Hubei Province.

On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time".
