June this year marks the 22nd National Safety Production Month. Focusing on the theme of "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies," Jingmen Hongtu Company, under CIMC Enric, has launched a series of safety production publicity, training, and education activities to promote a safety-first mindset, strengthen safety management thinking, and enhance the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees, continuously improving the level of safety production management.


Comprehensive safety work launched; government and enterprise work together


On June 6th, Hongtu Company hosted the 2023 "Safety Production Month" launch ceremony and confined space asphyxiation accident emergency rescue drill in Duodao District, Jingmen City. Regarding this Safety Month activity, General Manager Zheng Zhijun proposed that the company should widely promote the principle of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management," creating a strong atmosphere of "caring for safety and cherishing life"; refine safety responsibilities, promote the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers, ensuring that hidden dangers are investigated without omission and effectively eliminated in their infancy; strengthen on-site management, achieve comprehensive and full coverage of safety management, continuously consolidate the safety foundation, control safety risks, build a solid safety line, and promote the safe and stable development of the enterprise.

      

 

 

To further strengthen the safety supervision of confined space operations, improve employees' emergency rescue and risk prevention awareness, and prevent the occurrence of production safety accidents, a confined space asphyxiation accident emergency rescue drill was also conducted on-site. This exercised the rescue team and accumulated practical rescue experience.

Multi-channel publicity: online and offline relay
To create a strong atmosphere for "Safety Production Month," Hongtu Company, based on its actual situation, widely used work groups, WeChat groups, and bulletin boards, display boards, and display stands, combining online and offline methods to vigorously promote safety knowledge, legal knowledge, and accident prevention measures. At the same time, an online safety knowledge competition was held, with nearly 1,000 employees participating in the competition, which played a good role in promoting the widespread dissemination of safety knowledge and skills within the company.

Conducting specialized training and emergency drills to strengthen safety awareness
To encourage all employees to consciously improve their safety awareness and skills, the company actively carried out safety knowledge training and emergency drills.
Risk identification and emergency skills training were conducted for personnel engaged in hazardous operations such as welding and crane operation. Job hazard information cards and safe operation cards were posted to improve the risk prevention awareness and emergency escape capabilities of personnel engaged in high-risk operations, promoting the mastery of safe operation skills at their posts. Regular team safety morning meetings were held to further guide frontline employees to firmly establish the awareness of safety red lines and create a good safety production atmosphere. A total of 26 emergency drills of various types were conducted in various workshops during Safety Production Month, covering all frontline employees.

To enhance the risk awareness of all employees and comprehensively improve the company's ability to respond to emergencies and risks, Hongtu Company organized emergency escape training and drills in the office building. Through training and practical drills, the ability of all employees to respond to emergencies was effectively improved, the deployment of various safety production tasks was solidly advanced, and the fire safety work was further implemented and refined, keeping the fire safety string tight at all times, and effectively shouldering the main responsibility for enterprise safety.

Remote inspections to strengthen safety supervision


To effectively carry out safety production work and prevent safety production accidents, General Manager Zheng Zhijun led a team to conduct a safety and quality inspection of the Songzi Stanley Yihua New Materials spherical tank project. The management of safety and quality work at the construction site, safe and civilized construction, risk identification and control, and hidden danger investigation and rectification were carefully inspected, and guiding opinions were put forward on the problems existing at the construction site. Construction personnel were required to improve risk control and ensure safe production.

On-site inspections to resolutely close safety production loopholes


Regular inspections help to ensure safe production on-site and ensure the effective implementation of daily production work in the workshop. Inspection teams led by the general manager regularly organize safety inspections throughout the factory area, photograph and record safety loopholes and hazards found during the inspection, and promptly provide rectification opinions on on-site problems, further strengthening safety production supervision and management, promoting workshop safety work, eliminating accident hazards, and preventing and avoiding accidents.


Since the launch of the Safety Production Month activities, management cadres have taken turns on duty and conducted daily patrols, increasing the efforts to investigate and rectify safety hazards in the factory area, strengthening the rectification of risks and hidden dangers, self-inspection and self-correction, and effectively implementing the main responsibility for safety production.

Awarding and commendation to establish learning models


To advocate for the participation of all employees in safety management, jointly create a safe working environment, practice the concept of green development, and build a green culture, the company has launched activities such as the "Dangerous Hidden Danger Proposal Presentation Meeting," "Safety Education and Training Courseware Evaluation and Commendation," and "Safety Production Prohibition Everyone Talks." Excellent safety improvement and safety knowledge publicity works were solicited from the entire company, and finally 9 proposals and 15 works stood out from many excellent proposals and works, with rich and diverse content covering safety improvement, efficiency improvement, design optimization, and occupational health protection.
