Recently, it was learned from the Hubei Provincial People's Government and the Hubei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions that Su Yue, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, was awarded the title of "Hubei Provincial Labor Model."
Su Yue, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, is currently the workshop director of the cryogenic workshop at Jingmen Hongtu Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. In 2005, at the prime of his youth, he completed his studies and came to Jingmen Hongtu. Eighteen years have passed in the blink of an eye, and he has grown from an ordinary graduate of a technical school into a technical backbone of the enterprise. Along the way, his diligent study and hard work have enabled him to pursue excellence in his professional skills; his strong fighting spirit and perseverance have also made him stand out in his position.
Year after year, day after day, he tirelessly learned skills from his masters, understood the machines, and exchanged experiences with his colleagues after work and meals. From welding principles to operating procedures, the organic combination of theory and practice has made his work skills increasingly mature. He is good at discovering, researching, and solving problems in practice, and through conducting lean improvement activities, he solves problems encountered in his actual work. After years of accumulation, he has mastered the operation and use of various welding equipment, including manual metal arc welding, CO2 gas shielded arc welding, submerged arc automatic welding, manual tungsten inert gas arc welding, P+T plasma welding, and GAI pipe vertical down welding. He is also proficient in new welding technologies and processes, and has obtained multiple certificates, such as special operation certificates and pressure vessel welding certificates. He has been specially appointed by the company as a "Level 1 Welder Technician."

Su Yue, with years of unremitting efforts and striving for progress, has profoundly interpreted the spirit of model workers and craftsmen: "love one's job and strive for excellence, work hard and be brave in innovation, be indifferent to fame and fortune, and be willing to dedicate.".
