To accelerate the development of a skilled workforce at Hongtu Company and fully leverage the exemplary role of Li Zhongjiang's Skills Master Studio, comprehensive "passing on, assisting, and guiding" training will be implemented to enhance the standardized operational capabilities and overall quality of frontline employees, practicing the "pursuit of excellence" spirit of craftsmanship, and building a high-quality, highly skilled workforce. Recently, Zhongji Anruike's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized fitter and welder training at Li Zhongjiang's Master Studio. This training specially invited Hubei Provincial Skills Masters, Jingchu Craftsmen, Hongtu Craftsmen, senior company technical and process personnel, and excellent team leaders to serve as instructors.
This training adopts a combination of centralized training and on-the-job practice, utilizing employees' free time for self-study, instructor lectures, and post-class assignments to conduct comprehensive ability training. After applications from various departments, a total of 45 frontline production employees participated in this training, divided into four classes: advanced fitter and welder, and intermediate fitter and welder. Training courses include fitter technology, welder technology, mechanical drawing, metal materials and heat treatment, electrical engineering, tooling design and manufacturing, etc.
At the opening ceremony, Li Zhongjiang (Hubei Provincial Skills Master), an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company, gave a mobilization speech for the training. He hoped that the trainees would clarify their learning objectives, participate in the skills training with a rigorous and serious attitude, improve themselves during the training, strive to become high-quality skilled talents, strive to pass the vocational skills level certification assessment with excellent results, ensure that they can learn and gain something, and continue to innovate and apply what they have learned in their future work, inheriting and carrying forward the craftsman spirit of Hongtu Company.
Subsequently, Tong Panlong, the deputy manager of low-temperature technology in the company's production technology department, gave a lecture on "Mechanical Drawing." In the classroom, the trainees actively participated with high enthusiasm, and promptly interacted with the instructor to address any doubts.
This specialized skills training aims to strengthen frontline employees' proficiency in skills operations, and to fully utilize the resource advantages, strong skills, and innovative spirit of Li Zhongjiang's Master Studio to strengthen Hongtu's technical talent cultivation and continuous improvement and project research capabilities. Through the inheritance of skills in the master-apprentice model, they will further understand the essence of the spirit required of a craftsman: focus, persistence, pursuit of excellence, meticulousness, and selfless dedication, helping to create a strong atmosphere of "everyone striving to be a craftsman" within Hongtu.
In the future, Li Zhongjiang's Master Studio at Hongtu Company will conduct employee skills improvement training as a regular activity. While improving employees' labor skills and overall quality, it will further enrich the "reserve" of skilled talents, cultivate more high-skilled talents who meet the needs of the times for the company's high-quality development, and help the company achieve its vision of becoming a world-class enterprise in high-end equipment for the energy and chemical industry.

On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
