At 9:00 am, Chen Xiaofeng, HSE Manager of the Holding Digital Lean Safety Department, and Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of Hongtu Company, led all employees in participating in the "Safety First, Zero Violations, Zero Accidents" 2023 Safety 100 themed activity. The activity was presided over by Dai Wencheng, deputy manager of the Safety Lean Department.


Zheng first expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the group and holding company leadership for their strong support to Hongtu and the dedication of Hongtu employees over the past year, and emphasized the importance of grasping safety management work after the start of work, focusing on using the HSE digital management platform to eliminate safety hazards one by one, further improving systems and safety operating procedures, conducting practical safety training and theoretical examinations, and safety publicity activities to achieve digital management and build a solid safety defense line for the entire plant. At the same time, it is necessary to implement the management responsibilities of team leaders, and employees must strictly adhere to the safety red line to ensure that all safety production targets of the company are successfully completed in 2023.


Following this, Chen Xiaofeng, HSE Manager of the Holding Digital Lean Safety Department, delivered a speech, pointing out that safety work is a matter of particular concern to the holding company leadership. The "Safety 100" activity is an important measure to urge everyone to attach importance to safety, strictly implement various risk control measures, and reduce risks. It is hoped that with the joint efforts of Hongtu employees, the company's safety production situation will continue to be stable and positive, and wishes Hongtu Company a prosperous 2023 and achieve new heights in performance. Immediately afterwards, Gong Wenhong, manager of the pressing workshop, Zhao Huaxiong, and Chen Qi, as workshop manager, safety officer, and employee representatives respectively, went on stage to make safety commitment speeches. Xiao, the HSE supervisor, led all employees in shouting the safety slogan "Safety First, Zero Violations, Zero Accidents." "Safety" is the fundamental guarantee for the survival and development of an enterprise. Everyone should always keep the safety string tight in their hearts, fundamentally improve safety awareness, and achieve the essential safety of the enterprise. Finally, under the leadership of Zheng, all employees neatly and orderly passed through the safety gate and signed a commitment on the banners and posters of "Safety First, Zero Accidents, Zero Violations," creating a strong safety culture atmosphere that infected and influenced every employee.

After the event, each workshop, led by the team leader, organized the workshop's safe resumption of work training activities and safety inspection work, and conducted a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the equipment to ensure the safe operation of the facilities.

At 3:00 pm, the company conducted the "2023 General Manager's HSE First Lesson" training, lectured by General Manager Zheng Zhijun. Tu Xiaohong, Xiao Xuewen, Fu Rongming, deputy general managers of the company, and above-level leaders and workshop team leaders of various departments participated in this training.

 

 


At the meeting, Zheng elaborated on five aspects: learning the requirements of President Mai's letter, changes in the internal and external HSE environment, the HSE policy and objectives for 2023, a constant reminder, and the company's HSE management requirements, and combined with specific cases to give instructions for this year's safety production work. This year's general policy is "Safety First, Prevention First, Comprehensive Management," with risk control as the core, strengthening on-site safety management and the chain of responsibility. Combining the HSE digital management platform, risk control and hazard investigation will be carried out, promoting the construction of safety culture, and enhancing the risk awareness, responsibility awareness, and red line awareness of all employees, always keeping in mind the heavy responsibility of safety. The implementation of safety management work focuses on the supervision responsibility of workshop managers, and the factory production lines must strictly adhere to the two major mountains of "safety" and "quality," creating a safe production line integrating automation, intelligence, and digitalization, and striving for the achievement of production targets in 2023.
