Recently, Jingmen Hongtu Special Flight Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was awarded the "9th Yangtze River Quality Award of Hubei Province" in a document issued by the People's Government of Hubei Province, marking another significant breakthrough and milestone in the company's development history.
The "Yangtze River Quality Award" is a provincial governor's quality award established by the People's Government of Hubei Province with the approval of the central government. It is the highest quality honor in Hubei Province, aiming to promote the implementation of excellent performance management models by enterprises and organizations across the province, advance the "Quality Strong Province" strategy, and foster high-quality economic and social development in Hubei. The award is assessed every two years, with two categories: the "Hubei Provincial Government Yangtze River Quality Award" and the "Hubei Provincial Government Yangtze River Quality Award Nomination Award." No more than five enterprises (organizations) win in each category per year, making it a highly selective award. In June 2022, Hongtu Company established a project team for the Hubei Provincial Yangtze River Quality Award application, with General Manager Zheng Zhijun serving as team leader. The materials review was completed in mid-July, and the first round of preliminary review was successfully passed in late August. Concurrently, the general manager gave an excellent presentation at the Hubei Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. It is reported that more than 40 companies participated in the material review for the 9th Hubei Provincial Governor's Quality Award. After the first round of expert review, more than 10 companies were shortlisted for the on-site review. At the end of September, the provincial review expert group visited Jingmen Hongtu, conducting a final on-site review through presentations, document review, field visits, and employee discussions. Ultimately, it stood out among numerous participating companies in the province and won the "9th Hubei Provincial Yangtze River Quality Award".
Jingmen Hongtu Special Flight Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1971, formerly known as China Aviation Industry Hongtu Aircraft Manufacturing Plant. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
