To enhance the safety awareness of all employees, following the nationwide safety production month in June, Hongtu Company designated September as "Safety Awareness Month" and September 27th as the company's "Safety Awareness Day" each year.
On the morning of September 27th, the 2021 Jingmen Hongtu "Safety Awareness Month" All-Employee Safety Conference was successfully held. Company General Manager Zheng Zhijun, Deputy General Managers Xiao Xuewen, Tu Xiaohong, and Fu Rongming, and all employees attended the meeting, which was presided over by Dai Wencheng, Deputy Manager of the Safety Lean Department.
At the meeting, Manager Dai summarized Hongtu Company's 2021 Safety Awareness Month activities. He pointed out that the HSE Committee leadership, based on relevant instructions and requirements for the "Safety Awareness Month" activities, combined with the company's actual situation, launched a month-long "Challenge Zero Violations" themed activity. The activity was launched from five aspects: "On-site safety inspections & reward for questions by leading cadres", "Company Safety Awareness Month special training", "Safety awareness education video exhibition", "HSE & Lean presentation", and "All-employee safety conference". This implemented on-the-job safety production responsibilities and created a good atmosphere of continuous improvement, providing a solid guarantee for the continuous and stable operation of the company's safety production.
Following this, Executive Deputy Director Xiao, of the HSE Committee, gave a speech. He stated that thoroughly carrying out the "Safety Awareness Month" activities is of great responsibility and significance. He hoped that all units and departments would take action, actively participate in safety production work, starting from now, starting from themselves, and starting from their own positions. This will further consolidate the company's consensus on safe development, improve the safety quality of all company employees, promote the improvement of the company's overall safety production level and the sustained and stable improvement of the safety production situation, creating a good and stable safety production environment for our company. He also led all employees in a safety oath.
Finally, Hongtu Company General Manager Zheng emphasized that safety production responsibility is paramount, and safety production must be constantly grasped. All cadres and employees of the company should attach great importance to and actively participate in the learning of safety knowledge. They should be responsible for their own safety, unreservedly committed to the company's safety, and supervise and assist others in safety matters. At the same time, each workshop should take the improvement of employees' safety awareness as the primary task of safety management, transforming from "I must be safe" to "I want to be safe" and then to "I will be safe". They should continue to establish and improve the all-employee safety production responsibility system, increase investment in safety production funds, materials, technology, and personnel, improve safety production conditions, strengthen the rectification of hidden dangers, improve safety management methods, actively promote the application of mechanized and automated production equipment and facilities, prevent problems before they occur, and achieve intrinsic safety through technological innovation.
Life safety is an insurmountable red line, and the task of promoting safety production publicity and education remains arduous. Although the company's "Safety Awareness Month" activities in September 2021 have come to an end, we should take this safety production month as a new starting point, act quickly, actively participate in the various practical tasks of grasping safety production, and resolutely prevent the occurrence of production safety accidents. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
