Pursuing Excellence, Mutual Benefit and Win-Win - SINOPEC Design and Budget Experts Visit Hongtu Company for Research

To ensure that the preliminary budget prices for non-standard equipment and spherical tanks in Sinopec's engineering and construction projects are more in line with market levels, on April 26, a team of six experts from Sinopec Engineering Construction Company, Sinopec Luoyang Engineering Company (Guangzhou), and Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Company, led by Zhu Changhua, technical director of Sinopec's Design and Budget Technical Center, visited our company for a survey. Company Vice General Manager Fu Rongming and Liu Zemin, head of the Sinopec project team in the Strategic Key Account Department, warmly received the guests.
The survey meeting was chaired by Liu Zemin, with representatives from the company's marketing, technology, production, and procurement departments in attendance. Director Zhu Changhua explained the purpose of the visit, stating that in Sinopec, the preliminary budget for engineering and construction projects is crucial for initial project review. Accurate budget management facilitates the smooth passage of engineering and construction projects through review, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of project goals, which is beneficial to both parties.
At the meeting, the heads of the relevant departments of our company explained to the experts the problems and difficulties encountered in the bidding process for non-standard products (towers, containers, heat exchangers) and spherical tanks. They engaged in in-depth discussions with Sinopec experts on these issues.
Through the discussions, both sides reached a consensus on solutions to these problems and difficulties. Sinopec experts expressed their intention to strengthen communication in the future, striving to ensure that the preliminary budget for Sinopec's engineering and construction projects reflects actual market conditions, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results with suppliers. Finally, the Sinopec experts expressed their gratitude for our company's support and expressed hope for long-term cooperation.

On April 30, Li Zhongjiang, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Anrui, who was awarded the title of "National Labor Model", returned home in glory. Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, led the leadership team, manufacturing center heads, workshop production managers, representatives of front-line employees, and representatives of functional departments to warmly welcome him back to the company.

On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time".
