Recently, Liu Guizhong, Chairman and General Manager of Zhengwei Group in Tianjin, along with Huang Zhanguo, Director of the Urban Management Committee of Wuqing District, Tianjin, Liu Changhong, Director of Gas, and other leaders, visited Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, to discuss and investigate the feasibility and technical issues of the LPG distributed clean energy supply model (hereinafter referred to as micro-pipeline network) in Tianjin. Meng Hua, Assistant General Manager of Hongtu Company, and other leaders warmly received them.
During the visit to the exhibition hall, Mr. Meng gave a detailed introduction to Mr. Liu and other leaders about the company's development history, product types, qualifications and honors, technological advantages, and partners. He also led them to visit the Hongtu Green Manufacturing Management Platform and the LPG pump truck manufacturing unit management system, focusing on the operation of the micro-pipeline network in Chongqing, Qinghai, Zhejiang, Hunan, and Hubei.
Subsequently, Mr. Liu and his entourage visited the intelligent small-cylinder production line and the micro-pipeline network demonstration base, and learned in detail about the production process and technology of the small-cylinder line. Zhou Sen, Deputy Assistant General Manager of the company's Technology Management Center, gave a detailed introduction: The LPG distributed clean energy supply model delivers liquefied petroleum gas from centralized storage and distribution stations to small-tonnage tanks at the point of demand. After gasification and pressure regulation, it enters the user's premises through an independent gas pipeline network. Residents' consumption is metered, making it more convenient to use. New technologies such as the Internet of Things, digitalization, and cloud platforms are integrated into the transportation process, transforming the original decentralized gas supply model of "bottled supply, individual storage, and self-management" into a new model of "centralized gas supply, intelligent micro-pipeline network decentralized household access, and remote online monitoring of operations." It has the characteristics of safety, flexibility, intelligence, economy, and convenience, reducing user gas connection costs. It is suitable for rural areas, small residential areas, commercial and industrial users, and can also serve as an effective supplement to LNG during "gas shortages," which is also a green and clean energy source.
At the symposium, the Hongtu team gave a technical presentation, providing detailed information on project background and R&D history, product planning and supply guarantee, operation and maintenance, domestic application pilot cases, and safety protection functions, allowing the visiting leaders to further understand the technological leadership of the Jingmen Hongtu micro-pipeline network system. Subsequently, Hongtu Company and the Tianjin Municipal Urban Management Committee leaders conducted in-depth exchanges on product quality, safety, and environmental protection control measures. They also conducted preliminary discussions on how to promote the rapid implementation and application of the micro-pipeline network project in Tianjin and areas of cooperation, hoping to use this as an opportunity to actively seek win-win cooperation and common development entry points to promote substantial progress in bilateral cooperation.
The next day, Mr. Liu and Director Huang went to Southern Vocational and Technical College in Changsha, Hunan, to visit the Hongtu Company's pump truck gas pilot project. This truck mainly provides cooking fuel for Southern Vocational College in Changsha, changing the past model of relying on manual frequent handling of steel cylinders. Remote monitoring is achieved through a cloud platform, significantly reducing labor operating costs and significantly improving safety performance, making it more conducive to government supervision of the safe and compliant use of liquefied gas. This is also the first pump truck in China to be used for daily life applications on a university campus.
After visiting the pump truck gas pilot project, Director Huang and other leaders highly praised Hongtu Company's pioneering efforts in clean energy applications and its contributions to achieving the national "dual carbon" goals. They have always believed that compared with traditional gas pipelines, the micro-pipeline network system has higher safety, flexibility, and efficiency, which not only helps to save energy and reduce emissions but also meets modern society's pursuit of green and environmental protection.
