On December 21st, during the hopeful and warm winter solstice season, the trade union of Hubei Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric meticulously prepared a themed event, "Destined to Meet at Winter Solstice - Youth Gathering," offering a special winter gift to the company's single young employees. This event served as a bridge for young employees to get to know each other, allowing the vibrancy of youth to fully blossom through interaction and exchange.
Youth Feast, Joyful Beginning
That day, the sun was shining, and the breeze was gentle. The event site was decorated warmly and romantically. Single young employees from various departments of the company gathered at the event site with anticipation for friendship. Young women from the Xinglong Subdistrict Office of Duodao High-tech Zone were also specially invited to participate, adding a unique touch to the gathering. The event site was bustling with youthful energy and a strong festive atmosphere. The carefully arranged area for cooking tea around a stove and the camping barbecue area complemented each other, creating a warm and pleasant environment, as if telling the beginning of a beautiful story.
Diverse Activities, Promoting Exchange
At the beginning of the event, exciting game segments instantly pushed the atmosphere to a climax. The first game, "Flowers Wither and Bloom," had participants forming a circle, relying on quick reactions and teamwork to perform corresponding actions, eliciting bursts of laughter; "Team Relay Race" was a contest of speed and passion, with team members from each group sprinting like arrows, the moment of baton exchange being thrilling, each exchange carrying the team's hopes; in the "Many People, Many Legs" game, everyone tied each other's feet together, shouting slogans in unison, and moving step by step towards the finish line; in the "Jump Rope" area, long ropes swung graceful arcs in the air, and the young people jumping rope shuttled through them nimbly, like lively notes. These carefully designed interactive games tested teamwork while being fun and challenging. Cheers, shouts, and cries of encouragement intertwined, rising and falling, one wave after another. In the tense yet joyful game process, the noble qualities of unity, friendship, hard work, and progress were fully demonstrated, filling the entire event site with youthful vitality and passion.
The stove-top tea brewing session instantly brought the young people closer. With antique tea sets and the fragrant steam of tea, the young people gathered in groups of three or four around the stove, savoring the rich hot tea while chatting about interesting things in life and ideals at work. Laughter and joy filled the air, sincere smiles bloomed on everyone's faces, showcasing the positive, optimistic, and cheerful spirit of the company's young employees. As the event progressed, the camping barbecue segment further pushed the atmosphere to a climax. The charcoal fire burned fiercely, and the ingredients sizzled on the grill, emitting an alluring aroma. They transformed into barbecue masters, showing off their skills. Amidst the smoke and haze, the sense of strangeness gradually dissipated, and the sparks of friendship quietly ignited. Everyone shared food, exchanged barbecue techniques and insights, and the atmosphere was relaxed and harmonious. This interaction not only allowed the young people to savor delicious food but also enhanced mutual understanding and trust, laying a solid foundation for further communication.

This "Destined to Meet at Winter Solstice - Youth Gathering" event not only provided a valuable opportunity for the company's young employees to expand their social circles but also further enriched the company's corporate culture, enhancing employees' sense of belonging and cohesion. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time".
