Jingmen Hongtu held a flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the 42nd anniversary of CIMC Group's production on September 22nd, CIMC Day.

Years have gilded our journey, as we've weathered storms and overcome challenges. After more than forty years and over 10,000 days and nights, we finally celebrate CIMC Group's 42nd anniversary. On the morning of September 20th, at this joyous and exciting moment, CIMC Anrui's Jingmen Hongtu Company held a flag-raising ceremony to celebrate CIMC Group's 42nd anniversary. Members of Hongtu's management team and employee representatives gathered together to witness this precious and memorable day, reviewing CIMC Group's glorious past 42 years and embarking on a bright future journey. 
The flag-raising ceremony was presided over by Fan Cheng, the company's chief financial officer and deputy general manager of the operation management center. He stated that since joining CIMC, Hongtu Company, guided by the group's corporate spirit of "self-reliance and striving for excellence," has bravely shouldered its mission and forged ahead. In 2024, facing a more intense market competition environment, we accurately grasped the opportunities of national economic policies, made full use of our own advantages, and timely adjusted our product structure and marketing strategies. While maintaining our leading position in pressure tank trucks and spherical tank projects, we further accelerated the company's business layout in the hydrogen energy field and continuously strengthened technological innovation in this area. Substantial breakthroughs have been achieved in the reform of engineering business management, which has been highly recognized by clients. Every innovation and every step forward has been inseparable from the efforts and contributions of our group leaders and colleagues. Today, we gather together, using words to depict our achievements and songs to envision the future, to celebrate CIMC Group's 42nd birthday. 
At 9:22 am, with the host announcing, "The CIMC Hongtu flag-raising ceremony celebrating the Group's 42nd anniversary is now beginning," a smart and well-trained flag team escorted the five-star red flag, the CIMC Group flag, and the CIMC Hongtu flag, marching with firm steps and heads held high towards the flagpole. As the inspiring "March of the Volunteers" and "CIMC Song" resounded through Hongtu Company, the three flags rose slowly, waving in the wind, shining brightly. All Hongtu employees gazed intently, singing along, their faces filled with happiness and pride—this is the strength given by CIMC!
Zheng Zhijun, general manager of Hongtu Company, delivered a speech on behalf of the company's management. He pointed out that 2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the 42nd anniversary of CIMC Group's establishment, the 16th anniversary of Hongtu joining CIMC, and a crucial year for implementing the "14th Five-Year Plan." Standing at this important historical juncture and on a new journey of development, we gather together to hold the commemorative event for CIMC Group's 42nd anniversary. We hope to use this as an opportunity to encourage everyone to work hard, continuously break through, bravely forge ahead, and catch up; with a sense of urgency and responsibility, we will unswervingly implement the "Digital Intelligence and New Energy Breakthrough" strategy, focusing on products and adopting a large customer strategy, continuously consolidating the foundation of enterprise operations, improving business quality and product quality, and strictly enforcing safety production, keeping safety and quality as red lines and bottom lines in mind. We will create legends in competition and strive for high-quality development of Hongtu Company and the creation of new productive forces!
To create a celebratory atmosphere for the 42nd anniversary and enhance the sense of identity and participation of all employees in CIMC's cultural value of "cooperation and win-win," the company specially organized a "multi-person, multi-leg" race themed "Cooperation and Win-Win, Hand in Hand." The event attracted 16 teams from different departments to participate enthusiastically.
The atmosphere at the competition site was enthusiastic, with cheers from the audience rising and falling. Each participating team was spirited and eager to show their prowess on the field. With a whistle, the competition officially began. The team members stood shoulder to shoulder, legs tied together, shouting slogans in unison, working together towards the finish line. Their steps were consistent, their rhythm steady, fully demonstrating their high team cohesion and tenacious fighting spirit.
After fierce competition, Team 1 from the Technology Center stood out with its excellent performance and won the championship. Team 2 and Team 1 from the Marketing Management Center won the second and third places respectively. This was not just an ordinary competition, but also a profound test of teamwork and cooperation. Looking back, we are moved by our growth alongside CIMC Group; looking ahead, we are filled with the belief of all Hongtu people to bravely move forward. We are proud of our past achievements and even more excited about our future journey. On the road of continuous struggle, only persistence can lead to transformation; only innovation can lead the way. At this new starting point, Hongtu Company will remain true to its original aspirations, set off again with renewed determination, forge ahead bravely, and use hard work and wisdom to open up the next glorious chapter!

This training was conducted by Meng Qinghao, assistant to the dean of CIMC Academy, and Wu Yameng, product manager of leadership, and Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Hongtu Company, participated in the training of 25 technical backbones.
On April 30, Li Zhongjiang, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Anrui, who was awarded the title of "National Labor Model", returned home in glory. Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, led the leadership team, manufacturing center heads, workshop production managers, representatives of front-line employees, and representatives of functional departments to warmly welcome him back to the company.
On the afternoon of April 28, the opening ceremony of the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-collar Workers" customized training program jointly organized by CIMC Group and Jingmen Vocational College was successfully held. Attendees included He Jin, General Manager of Human Resources Department of CIMC Group; You Hongmei, BP Manager of Human Resources Department of CIMC Group; Meng Hua, Assistant General Manager of Jingmen Hongtu Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; Zhao Jun, Deputy Director and Inspector of Jingmen Municipal Education Bureau; Zou Hao, Party Secretary of Jingmen Vocational College; Li Li, President of Jingmen Vocational College; representatives from CIMC Tianda Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.; college leaders and teachers; and all students of the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-collar Workers" program. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. This is not only a brilliant medal in Li Zhongjiang's personal career, but also the supreme glory in the development history of Jingmen Hongtu!
To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time". Through the combination of red education and team building interaction, it guided young employees to commemorate revolutionary martyrs, build consensus, and inspire innovation and vitality, resonating with the company's development.
