Jingmen Hongtu LPG tank truck with pump successfully passed the new technology review

On September 14, the Pressure Vessel Subcommittee of the National Special Equipment Safety and Energy Efficiency Technology Committee of the State Administration for Market Regulation held a technical review meeting in Beijing on "small liquefied petroleum gas (propane) tank trucks with unloading pumps." Jingmen Hongtu Special Flight Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd., as the applicant, successfully passed the technical review of "new materials, new technologies, and new processes." The review results will be submitted to the State Administration for Market Regulation for approval.
The technical review of small liquefied petroleum gas (propane) tank trucks with unloading pumps received high attention from the State Administration for Market Regulation. The review meeting organized 19 expert committee members from the Special Equipment Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization Committee, the Mobile Pressure Vessel Subcommittee of the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization Committee, the Shanghai Special Equipment Supervision and Inspection and Testing Institute, etc., to conduct the review.
At the meeting, after listening to the technical review report on small liquefied petroleum gas (propane) tank trucks with unloading pumps from Jingmen Hongtu Special Flight Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the experts affirmed Jingmen Hongtu's tank truck construction capabilities and achievements. They unanimously agreed that the pump trucks developed by Jingmen Hongtu Special Flight Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd., meet the technical requirements of the group standard T/CATSI 05005—2021 "Small Liquefied Petroleum Gas (propane) Tank Trucks with Unloading Pumps." The fixed-point and fixed-tank unloading technical indicators have been achieved. The design and manufacturing of the pump truck have considered the risks that may occur during transportation and unloading, and corresponding technical measures have been adopted, which are scientific and reasonable. Detailed inquiries and discussions were also conducted on related issues.
Jingmen Hongtu's LPG pump trucks are equipped with nine major safety protection systems, including a device to prevent vehicle misplacement, a gas leak alarm, a collision sensor, an alarm device for accidental opening of the rear operating box, an emergency stop device, a height detection device, and a central control system. Electronic identification and pairing technology is used to achieve one-to-one communication and control between the pump truck and the small liquefied petroleum gas (propane) storage tank, and the communication pairing process can be encrypted to ensure that the pump truck cannot unload to other containers, making the operation of the pump truck and small storage tank compliant and preventing illegal operations. The company has also established an electronic identification maintenance and management platform for pump trucks and small storage tanks to meet the various management requirements of electronic identification.
