On April 12, the "Safe and High-Quality Productivity – Promotion Meeting for 'Micro-Pipeline Network'" was successfully held in the Shangku High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee in Korla, Xinjiang. The promotion meeting received high attention from Xinjiang Bazhou Autonomous Prefecture leaders, with leaders from the Bazhou government, Korla city government, Xinjiang Shijun Energy Co., Ltd., and Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric attending the meeting.
The No. 1 Central Document of 2023 again proposed "promoting the extension of municipal pipelines and rural micro-pipeline networks to households." The construction and use of rural micro-pipeline networks not only reduce the cost of gas connection for rural users and improve the rural living environment, but also have significant and far-reaching practical significance for the adjustment of rural energy structure, the transformation of gas supply methods, the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, and the achievement of the national "dual carbon" emission reduction goals.
At the meeting, Meng Hua, Assistant General Manager and General Manager of the Tank Capacity Business Department of Hongtu Company, pointed out that developing clean energy is an important task for improving the energy structure and promoting ecological civilization construction. Hongtu Company began to focus on the research and development of micro-pipeline network systems in 2017 and passed the national "three new" technology review in 2022, becoming a manufacturer with the ability to provide full-industry-chain solutions for LPG upstream, midstream, and downstream. Hongtu has built an intelligent and automated manufacturing production line for small propane storage tanks, with an annual production capacity of 36,000 units. It has established multiple application demonstration points in Hubei, Zhejiang, Qinghai, Hunan, Chongqing, and other places, and application scenarios have extended from rural areas to schools, enterprises, government units, hotels, and various commercial and industrial users. 
Zhou Sen, Assistant Deputy General Manager of the Technology Management Center of Hongtu Company, gave a detailed introduction to the product characteristics, advantages, safety performance, and application scenarios of the "micro-pipeline network." Compared with traditional gas pipelines, the micro-pipeline network has higher safety, flexibility, and efficiency. He also led the guests to view the micro-pipeline network products up close.
Subsequently, leaders from Xinjiang Shijun Energy Co., Ltd. had in-depth communication with our company, highly recognizing our company's technological strength and manufacturing capabilities. They expressed their good vision for strengthening cooperation and exchange and achieving common development, and reached a cooperation intention, signing a strategic cooperation agreement on site.
LPG storage and gas supply systems have broad market prospects in developing dual-gas-source supply for industrial users and promoting rural gas delivery to rural areas, in line with the national rural revitalization and energy system strategic direction. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing.
