Driven by "new productivity", promoting high-quality development of enterprises - Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric held the 7th "Kangsheng-Hongtu" Cup Quality Improvement Achievement Presentation and Commendation Conference

On March 11, Jingmen Hongtu Company, a subsidiary of CIMC Anrui, successfully held its 7th "Kangsheng-Hongtu" Cup Quality Improvement Achievement Presentation and Commendation Conference. The conference commended outstanding contributors in product research and development and innovation, as well as customers and sales personnel who provided excellent improvement suggestions for the company's products. Wang Wei, Chairman of Zibo Kangsheng Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., Li Honggang, Deputy General Manager, and Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of Hongtu Company, attended the meeting, along with leaders from the business unit and operations department, and workshop managers, witnessing the exciting moments of the achievement presentation.
The conference opened with a documentary film, "Race Track," reviewing past achievements. Driven by a shared belief and pursuit, and a common dream for quality, Jingmen Hongtu and Zibo Kangsheng, two industry leaders, have jointly held the "Kangsheng-Hongtu" Cup Quality Improvement Achievement Presentation and Commendation Conference for seven consecutive years to encourage employees to continuously improve and strive for excellence.
Improving product quality requires the participation of all employees. Since its launch, this year's event has received enthusiastic participation from customers and employees from various departments, receiving a total of 48 quality improvement topics and 55 rationalization suggestions. Six quality topics were selected for presentation and evaluation at this event.
Xin Biao from the Tank Capacity R&D Department, the Pengcheng Wanli Group from the Pressing Workshop 2, Liu Purong from the LPG Tanker Workshop, Fu Jianping from the Quality Management Department, Shen Mao from the Production Technology Department, and Yan Yiqiao from the Chemical Tank Car Workshop shared their work on the following topics: "Integrated Improvement of LPG Semi-trailer Micro-innovation," "Improvement to Reduce the Rejection Rate of Spherical Shell Plate Curvature," "Improvement of Ovality Deviation of LPG Semi-trailers," "Improvement of Heat Exchanger Welding Quality," "Comprehensive Improvement - Enhancement of Low-Temperature Product Competitiveness," and "Improvement of the Quality of Aluminum Alloy Baffle Plates for LPG Semi-trailers." The participants presented reports covering topic selection, target setting, cause analysis and verification, countermeasure implementation, topic effectiveness, and effectiveness consolidation.
In 2023, the company's quality improvement topics, quality A3 reports, and recurrence prevention reports won multiple awards from the group and holding company. Hu Siwu from the Quality Management Department presented the award-winning topic "The Path to Excellent Growth," and He Shuang from the Customer Service Center presented the Customer Excellent Suggestion Award and the Marketing and After-sales Service Excellent Proposal Award.
Following the presentations, the exciting awards ceremony commenced. Chairman Wang and General Manager Li from Kangsheng Company presented awards to employees who won group and company topic achievement awards; General Manager Zheng from Hongtu Company presented the Customer Excellent Improvement Suggestion Special Contribution Award to Wang Wei, Chairman of Zibo Kangsheng Economic and Trade Co., Ltd. Encouragement awards for topics, first-place awards, and encouragement awards for marketing and after-sales service improvement proposals were also presented.
After the awards ceremony, Wang Wei, Chairman of Zibo Kangsheng Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., delivered a speech. He stated that quality is a responsibility and an attitude for enterprises, and with the increasing national policy requirements for product quality, quality has become a key competitive factor. This conference clearly shows the year-on-year improvement in quality achievements demonstrated by the "Hongtu-Kangsheng" Cup, which is a result of Hongtu Company's consistent prioritization of customer needs and continuous improvement of product quality and service. In the future, he hopes that Hongtu Company will continuously improve its design concepts, optimize product structures, and win reputation and acclaim with high-quality products and perfect customer service.
Finally, Zheng Zhijun, General Manager of Hongtu Company, delivered a summary speech. General Manager Zheng stated that at this year's Two Sessions, "new productivity" has become a hot topic, a key driver for upgrading traditional manufacturing. We must actively explore and consider how to use new productivity to accelerate the pace of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading, inject new vitality into traditional manufacturing, and continuously improve the company's production and manufacturing capabilities and product quality; at the same time, establishing the correct values, remembering safety and quality, is the cornerstone of enterprise development and the bottom line for survival. Therefore, we must always maintain a sense of awe, with a sense of urgency as if walking on thin ice and facing an abyss, and a sense of responsibility that is always uneasy, to relentlessly grasp safety production work and promote Hongtu Company's journey towards high-quality development!

On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
