Focus on high-end manufacturing: Zhongji Anruike's Jingmen Hongtu Company releases its first high-purity ammonia product

CIMC Hongtu's first high-purity ammonia product—a 10m³ fixed high-purity ammonia pressure vessel—was officially launched on December 7.
High-purity ammonia, also known as electronic-grade ammonia, is widely used in research and production in the electronics, chemical, metallurgical, and steel industries. It is mainly used in the manufacturing of integrated circuits, solar cells, compound semiconductors, liquid crystal displays, and optical fibers. High-purity ammonia used in the electronics field has higher requirements for purity and other properties compared to other fields, facing very high technical barriers. The high-purity ammonia pressure vessel developed by Hongtu Company has a volume of 10m³, a design pressure of 1.91MPa, and an internal surface roughness of less than 0.2μm. This type of product can hold high-purity ammonia media with a purity of 7N (i.e., 99.99999%). In addition to fixed high-purity ammonia pressure vessels, it can also manufacture mobile high-purity ammonia pressure tank trucks and large high-purity ammonia spherical tanks.
Relying on its strong R&D capabilities and absorbing and transforming advanced manufacturing technologies from the industry, the company has innovated multi-pass polishing technology. Using mirror polishing technology, the surface roughness of all internal surfaces in contact with the medium is less than 0.2μm, achieving a high mirror effect. After polishing, the surface roughness of some parts can reach 0.09-0.18μm; using pure water cleaning technology to ensure no surface adsorption, no surface chemical reaction, no particle shedding, and no processing blind spots, the content of free impurities in the tank is less than 0.1ppm; at the same time, high-purity ammonia-specific valves, instruments, and safety accessories are selected, with 316L material, which has good corrosion resistance.
