2023 marks the 41st anniversary of CIMC Group's production. For CIMC, 41 years is not just a measure of time, but also a yardstick of hard work. On September 22, CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company held a flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the 41st anniversary of CIMC Group's production. More than 200 members of the Hongtu management team and employee representatives participated in the event.
The flag-raising ceremony was presided over by Fan Cheng, the company's chief financial officer and deputy general manager of the operation management center. He stated that 2023 marks the 41st anniversary of CIMC Group's production and the 15th anniversary of Jingmen Hongtu joining CIMC Group. Upholding CIMC Group's corporate spirit of "self-improvement and pursuit of excellence," we have forged ahead, achieving breakthroughs and remarkable achievements in technological research and development and high-end equipment manufacturing. Today, the Hongtu brand is renowned both domestically and internationally, with products covering more than 50 countries and regions. The company's scale has exceeded 2 billion for two consecutive years, contributing to the advancement of "Made in China" globally. Today, we gather together to celebrate CIMC's 41st birthday. 
At 9:22 am, with the host announcing, "The CIMC Hongtu flag-raising ceremony celebrating the Group's 41st anniversary now begins," a well-trained honor guard escorted the five-star red flag, the CIMC Group flag, and the CIMC Hongtu flag, marching towards the flagpole with firm steps. As the inspiring "March of the Volunteers" and "CIMC Song" echoed through Hongtu Company, the three flags rose majestically, fluttering in the wind. Hongtu employees gazed intently, singing along, their faces filled with happiness and pride—the strength from CIMC! 
Subsequently, Tu Xiaohong, deputy general manager of Hongtu Company, delivered a speech on behalf of the management team. She pointed out that forty-one years of hard work have yielded abundant results; forty-one years of dedication have brought prosperity. Today, we gather under the same sky, raising the same flag, singing the same song, and jointly reviewing CIMC's extraordinary development journey over the past 41 years. This year also marks Hongtu's 15th anniversary with CIMC. As a leading enterprise in China's mobile pressure vessel industry, Hongtu relies on technological innovation to drive development, achieving breakthroughs in intelligence, green technology, and digitalization, and realizing leapfrog development. Even in the post-pandemic era, full of opportunities and challenges, we have still reaped abundant fruits. We sincerely wish CIMC Group a happy 41st birthday, and look forward to its continued success in becoming a century-old enterprise!
To celebrate the Group's 41st anniversary and Jingmen Hongtu's 15th anniversary with CIMC Group, and to enrich the cultural activities for employees and enhance their cohesion and sense of pride, the company held a photography contest exhibition themed "Hongtu Impression" and a fun quiz. After the flag-raising ceremony, everyone watched a review of the CIMC Group's 40-episode documentary "Common Cause Journey" and admired 30 outstanding works from the photography contest exhibition.
Following this, in the fun quiz, employees actively participated and answered questions covering Hongtu's development history, company products, qualifications, honors, and information related to quality and safety. On April 30, Li Zhongjiang, an employee of Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Anrui, who was awarded the title of "National Labor Model", returned home in glory. Tu Xiaohong, general manager of Jingmen Hongtu Company, led the leadership team, manufacturing center heads, workshop production managers, representatives of front-line employees, and representatives of functional departments to warmly welcome him back to the company.
On the afternoon of April 28, the opening ceremony of the "Smart Manufacturing Blue-collar Workers" customized training program jointly organized by CIMC Group and Jingmen Vocational College was successfully held. On April 28, 2025, a ceremony celebrating the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and awarding national model workers and advanced workers was held in Beijing. Comrade Li Zhongjiang from Jingmen Hongtu Company under CIMC Enric, as an outstanding representative of industry skills, stood on the podium of this supreme honor and was awarded the honorary title of National Model Worker by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of the People's Republic of China. This is not only a brilliant medal in Li Zhongjiang's personal career, but also the supreme glory in the development history of Jingmen Hongtu!
To commemorate the 106th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, on April 26, the Youth League Committee of CIMC Enric's Jingmen Hongtu Company organized a youth exchange activity for young employees themed "General's Spirit Illuminates the Original Aspiration, Youth Chasing Dreams in the Right Time". Through the combination of red education and team building interaction, it guided young employees to commemorate revolutionary martyrs, build consensus, and inspire innovation and vitality, resonating with the company's development.
