On July 15, 2023, Jingmen Hongtu Company, a subsidiary of CIMC Enric, held its 2023 semi-annual work summary meeting. The meeting reviewed the semi-annual business results and clarified the work direction for the second half of the year. Nearly 60 people attended the meeting, including General Manager Zheng Zhijun and the senior management team, core management personnel from various business units and centers. Also in attendance were Ju Xiaofeng, Vice President of CIMC Energy Chemical, President of Energy Equipment and Engineering Business Center, and Chairman of Hongtu Company; Zhang Shuo and Xue Shuyuan, managers from the Plate Enterprise Management Department; and Zou Miao, HRBP from the Human Resources and Administration Department. The meeting was chaired by Ke Weimin, Deputy General Manager of the Operation Management Center.
2023 Hongtu Company Semi-Annual Work Summary Meeting
At the beginning of the meeting, all attendees stood and sang the "CIMC Song." The 2023 Jingmen Hongtu Semi-Annual Work Summary Meeting officially commenced with the playing of the opening video. The Enterprise Management Department and the Finance Department summarized and analyzed the company's operating and business indicators in the first half of the year, including the general manager's guidelines and TOP 10, and pointed out areas for improvement.

Prior to the discussions, General Manager Zheng Zhijun gave an introductory speech. However, he also acknowledged that the overall endogenous driving force for economic growth was insufficient, and the market situation remained complex and changeable. While affirming the achievements, he objectively analyzed the problems and shortcomings affecting the company's high-quality development, outlining the key tasks and directions for the second half of the year. He encouraged all cadres to overcome difficulties and strive to achieve annual targets.

Following the reporting session, the company held a semi-annual performance awards ceremony, commending and awarding 15 teams that excelled in operations, sales, technology, production, engineering, and management in the first half of the year. Zou Miao, HRBP of the Plate Human Resources and Administration Department, presented certificates of honor to Hongtu employees who were named among the "Top Ten Outstanding Students" in the product business training of the Energy Equipment and Engineering Business Center.

Zheng expressed his sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work in contributing to the company's development. Finally, Ju Xiaofeng, Vice President of CIMC Energy Chemical, President of Energy Equipment and Engineering Business Center, and Chairman of Hongtu Company, shared the plate's new five-year strategic plan and work instructions related to Hongtu Company's future strategic goals.
